I had a wonderful stay at THE TIME HOTEL. The room was clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. A special thank you to Jobirkhon and Sherzod for their kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service. They were always welcoming and helped make my stay smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciate their hospitality.
Nothing significant. My stay was pleasant overall. The Wi-Fi could be a little faster, but everything else met my expectations.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is near the airport so its very convenient if you have to catch a flight the next day. The water pressure is good. The room is clean .
The breakfast can be improved . The room can be a bit noisy as it is near the main road. The bed is a bit hard but for 1 night its OK.

I booked a room for my mom who had a long layover in Tashkent. Thanks to Akobyr and his outstanding customer service, this process was very easy. He helped me book a transfer, pay for it and the room prior to her arrival as I didn't wanted it to be a hassle for her. She got picked up at the airport, and since she arrived a little earlier than 2pm, they accommodated her and let her check in without extra cost. She was offered breakfast to be packed as she was heading back to the airport very early in the morning. It was a great experience!
I do not think there is anything. The only thing that my mom mentioned was the bed, it could have been a little softer, but it sounds more like a preference.

First, the absolute highlights: the variety at breakfast was genuinely impressive. There was an excellent selection to choose from every morning, everything felt fresh, and it truly set a high standard for the day. For me, a breakfast like that is always a major green flag.
Another huge plus was the cleanliness. The housekeeping staff deserves a separate shout-out—their work was meticulous, and both the rooms and common areas were kept in pristine condition. That level of care instantly creates a very reliable baseline of comfort.
However, the overall experience left me with mixed feelings. There were certain aspects that honestly disappointed me and took away from the positive impression.
: The cleanliness unfortunately didn't last. Even when I explicitly put up the "Please Clean My Room" sign, the staff ignored it. They cleaned thoroughly on the first day, but completely forgot about my room for the rest of the stay.
Although the food selection was good, the presentation was disappointing. A lot of items were left covered or wrapped in plastic film. The staff didn't bother to properly unwrap or prepare the buffet for the guests, which felt lazy and ruined the aesthetic.
There is a major lack of transparency regarding payments. Before arriving, it wasn't stated anywhere that Mastercard isn't accepted. Even at check-in, I explicitly asked if I could pay with my card, and they said yes without clarifying the restrictions. As a result, I wasted at least 20 stressful minutes at the reception trying to sort out the payment. This should definitely be communicated beforehand.
The Wi-Fi in the room was absolutely terrible, though it worked relatively well in the hotel restaurant. Additionally, there is no ironing room on the floors, forcing me to go all the way down to the laundry room just to iron my clothes.
