Except for the issue below it's a comfortable place in a nice neighborhood.

The owners sent pictures for how to enter the building, but the pictures were outdated and now it looks quite different. Took a while to figure that out. I opened the kitchen faucet to get some water, it came off and a water jet came out into the kitchen.

The pillows were uncomfortable big

Everything was very good, very clean and cute. Nice bathroom, superbly equipped kitchen, netflix. Next time I visit Zwickau, I will definitely rent this apartment again.

Building is under renovation so the entrance, stairs etc are not very inviting but it is not a big deal . No elevator but also not a huge deal but worth to know . Worst case is the effort it takes to get a business invoice. I request this serval times and got told ,,No Problem we will send it ,, but never got done. No need to agitate a customer for a stupid invoice. Should come attached to an email when payment is received. I am in the area often and would not book again only because of that reason. I have other things to do than hunting down an invoice.
