Overpriced & disappointing for me, appalling for our friends.
Cleanish, location, well equipped kitchen.
Marketed as “luxury”, very much not. We’ve stayed in these apartments for 13 years, they are now very dated. Our friends stayed in two other apartments which were appalling compared to ours, also managed by SMR. Be careful which one you choose. They are very much over priced.
Manuela 9 Very limited draw space & one wardrobe for 2 bedrooms. Only one key on arrival, awful towels (tiny) no tea towels, no welcome pack, no soap anywhere on arrival, one toilet roll. Toilet not clean on arrival. Certainly NOT luxury. The agent tried to sort some of that out but it wasn’t very impressive. Our friends as follows…
Kirsten 3
- intercom didn't work
- only one key
- no welcome pack
- stains on curtains
- chips out of the walls
- curtains falling down
- no WiFi
- damaged cabinets & cupboards
- damaged floors
- drainage issue (toilet stank)
- no draws or hooks
Johanna 2. SMR cancelled initial booking so friends were offered Eva Maria 5 which they were told was ‘equivalent’. Floors were scratched to hell. The most basic of furniture. No wardrobes. Filthy two seater sofa for an apartment of 6. Moved to Bianca 2. Better, but again, filthy sofa with seating for 2, rusty shelves in en suite, bath leaked all over the floor in master Bath so had to all use the shower in en suite. Blocked sink in bathroom. Neither had washing machine which initial property had. No welcome pack offered or provided. Had to fight for second key. After a lot of hassle they were offered €250 refund and 10% off rebook. No thanks to rebook.
