La position de l’appartement est incroyable. . Et notre hôte est d’une amabilité extrême. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos échanges et les poissons sont effectivement au bout du jardin pour les amateurs de snorkeling.

Sehr schöne 3-Zimmer-Wohnung mit direktem Strandzugang etwas außerhalb von Giardini-Naxos.
Große Gemeinschaftsterrasse und Garten mit Gartenmöbel.
Kleiner privater Terrassen-Bereich.
Großer Kühlschrank mit gr. Eisfach.
Problemlose und freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Giovanni.
Küchenaustattung ist für größere Kochaktionen eher schwierig.
Pasta bekommt man aber immer hin!
Es gibt nur ein Air Condition Gerät, das im Flur steht.
Wenn man die Fensterläden schließt und die Türen zulässt, reicht es aber aus, um auch die Zimmer runterzukühlen...

Appartamento spazioso con una posizione meravigliosa fronte mare, situato in zona tranquilla. È presente una camera matrimoniale, camera con 2 lettini, cucina, salotto, bagno e un terrazzino con tavolino per mangiare che si affaccia sul giardino e gli spazi comuni curatissimi. Il parcheggio privato in strada dà un valore aggiunto. In 10 minuti a piedi si è sul lungomare di Giardini con ristoranti e servizi a disposizione. Mettendosi d'accordo con l'hotel di fianco, è possibile usufruire della piscina dell'albergo con un piccolo prezzo. È stato davvero un soggiorno piacevole.

Friendly owner
The second bedroom is unsuitable for adults as the bed is extremely high and suitable only for children
The kitchen is too basic and only one power point (inconveniently placed as well)
The beach (or rocks) in front of the hotel are not suitable for swimming
Wifi is poor
No aircon in the bedrooms
