🛑 Better choose something else

Well, I'd say there were only three great things about this apartment: - it's really affordable, no doubts - location is really great, very easy to get to the city center, esp. given the price - there's been a free parking lot in the yard Also there's been a funny cat leaving around. Not sure if it really matters, but it was the only thing that was cute about it.

⚠️ BEWARE DEPOSITS First of all, I did not like the situation with deposits — the host is demanding a petty deposit of 50€ to be paid outside of Booking.com; indeed it's stated before checkout but it's very easy to miss. Moreover, the host doesn't accept a free cancellation, so you're locked with a choice — either pay that money and take risks of no return, or lose the whole booking value. Support of Booking.com is useless in this situation, so you're left without protection. The deposit was eventually returned 7 days after the checkout, which is again acc. to the "rules", but clearly not something handled nicely (with Revolut it's a matter of minutes for the money to arrive, so there's no good reason of this wait) Some smaller issues with the apartment: - it smells like any very old house; factually it's rather clean (not perfect though), but it just feels dirty because of the smell - the stairway is very steep and scary; easy to crash the head there (I did it once) - there's only one blanket per bed

la possibilità di parcheggiare comodamente, la vicinanza al centro, la pulizia dell’appartamento, visibilmente bella all’esterno, in legno, caratteristico.

Materasso da sostituire per i posteri perchè vecchio, per il resto nessun problema a parte che nel momento di restituzione della cauzione, dopo oltre 10 giorni ho dovuto sollecitare per il pagamento, altrimenti non sarebbe avvenuto in maniera automatica.
