We really love the tranquility and the nature around the hotel,the place was very pleasant & cozy, we were able to use the kitchen and that was very appreciated.
The staff was extremely friendly with us and very helpful, the breakfast was delicious.
We definitely will comeback soon, highly recommend.

Nice rooms surrounded by nature and a good breakfast.
While the property itself is very nice, the customer service was disappointing. The room we originally booked (through booking platform) was no longer available when we arrived, so we were downgraded while still paying the same price. Instead of the 30 m² room we had reserved, we were given a much smaller room (around 10 m²), located farther from the center, with the shower outside the room.
What was most disappointing was not only the downgrade itself, but also the way it was handled. The communication and overall professionalism left a lot to be desired, and no effort was made to adequately address the situation. Although the property has many positive qualities, this experience significantly reduced our enjoyment of the stay.
I hope the management improves the way they handle situations like this in the future, as the property has great potential.
