Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cet appartement. Le logement est très bien équipé, propre et moderne. Le lit est confortable, la salle de bain est neuve, la cuisine dispose de tout le nécessaire et la terrasse est très agréable. L’emplacement est également parfait pour être au calme. Avec un scooter, nous étions à environ 15 minutes du centre, mais sans moyen de locomotion, cela peut être un peu éloigné, 1h à pied du centre.
Le seul véritable point négatif concerne l’isolation, le bruit que nous avons subi durant les trois derniers jours de notre séjour. Des voisins avec des enfants étaient extrêmement bruyants : courses dans les couloirs, cris, portes claquées et coups dans les murs, au point de faire vibrer les miroirs de notre appartement. Nous leur avons demandé à plusieurs reprises de faire moins de bruit, sans réelle amélioration.
Nous avons également contacté la propriétaire à ce sujet et effectué deux relances, mais nous n’avons malheureusement reçu aucune réponse. C’est assez dommage, car elle a pourtant répondu à notre dernier message lorsque nous lui avons écrit pour lui dire au revoir au moment de notre départ.

A fantastic apartment in a perfect location! Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, making it easy to explore Zadar. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay.

A kilátás fantasztikus volt a hegyekre, csendes kertvárosi környék. A szállás nagyon tiszta, mindennel IS felszerelt.
Az ágy nekünk nem volt annyira kényelmes, de ezenkívül minden szuper volt.

Lokacija je izvrsna, a apartman čist, ugodno uređen i opremljen svim potrebnim sadržajima. Posebno su nam se svidjeli parkirno mjesto, kava na raspolaganju i lijep balkon. Također, vrlo praktično i jednostavno bilo je organizirano preuzimanje i vraćanje ključeva te sami check-in i check-out. Sve u svemu, imali smo izrazito ugodan boravak u ovom apartmanu.
