The property was very clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout my stay.

Staff fantastic room had all you needed if you wanted to do low self catering. Great restaurant and coffee shop on site breakfast fantastic and well worth the 3 OMR.
Great location to the mosque however you would be best to have own transport. Staff always happy to book you a local taxi but it always cost more when you get them back.

It was clean. Housekeeping were excellent. Comfy bed. Temperature control was good. Although no ability to let fresh air in so rooms are smelly especially if you intend to use kitchen facilities. No windows which is less than ideal. Nice that there is a small gym,pool and laundry facility in building (all basic but still a nice to have). Parking on-site was easy, very easy to drive around Muscat... amazing Mall (rogue but has amazing restaurants and was a super fun experience seeing the gigantic Mall), mosque within walking distance was stunning.
Smelt like sewage in my room (room 311). No windows. Breakfast was rubbish, definitely dont waste money as there are 100000s of better places to get breakfast and the coffee is horrendous but fortunately there is an Cafe in the building that does good coffee and drinks for a couple of OMR.
