Location to the old town, kitchen well equipped, ac in all rooms, able to sleep 5 in beds, washing machine, great pizza restaurant across the road, allowed us to store bags until room was ready, on a main road into the town but windows blocked out the noise, 2 mins to bus station for onward travel
No airer available, clothes line available left rusty marks on clothes and not very big, both chairs in balcony had rips in the seats, a bottle of cold water in the fridge would’ve been nice and doesn’t cost alot, pillows were thin and rubbish.These are all minor issues but attention to detail matters

Excellent location for us, very close to the bus station and the supermarket, very easy to walk to the old town. It is located on the main street leading to the old town and opposite a pizza restaurant, some people might have a problem with the noise from the street, but that is not an issue for us. We also like that it has two bedrooms with adequate size.
When we checked in after 16:00, the apartment wasn’t cleaned. The facilities in the kitchen could have been better. Also several small things in the apartment were broken, such as the door handles to one of the bedrooms, and the slipcovers to two of the chairs, which should be repaired or replaced.

Location is amazing. Everything was clean and functional. Nice host agency, okay communication. Absolutely no problems with the apartment or the amenities. Everything we needed and expected was there.
Noisy older drunk neighbor. Didn't bother us specifically but he played loud music every night, drinking, shouting, fighting with family members, ... it was uncomfortable for us, not careless vacation evenings one would imagine.
