No dishwasher, no oven, no condiments likes a normal apartment / house rental, more of a hotel set up which I wasn't expecting. Lots of noise from next door unit.

cleaning was still in progress when we arrived at 3pm. Keys were handed out around 3:15. Amenities and equipment weren't of good quality. Too many instructions all over the place like school. the instruction was given to clean the dishes but there was no sink. It was very inconvenient to wash the dishes in the bathroom. one of the light was connected to the other apartment. It was turning on at night by the other apartment, couldn't sleep well at all.

It was very comfortable, property was realy warm evn without turning heatpump and heaters on. Very tidy appartment.

Property wasn’t cleaned when we arrived, even though we arrived after the checkin time. had to wait about an hour, but we did get a late check out to compensate. Property was absolutely bare bones - for example we cooked 2 meals for a family of five, only one teatowel, no paper towels, half a kitchen sponge, very inadequate for cleanup. all the frying pans were unable to be used - baked on or scratched up base. Dead batteries in the tv remotes. No towel racks or hooks in the en-suite. main bathroom door did not close properly or lock. no face cloths. None of these are huge issues, but added all together was pretty annoying for the price paid.

There were three adults for one night. The place is quite small; however the bedroom is a decent size, along with the bathroom. The living room is quite tiny but we weren’t truly staying in the unit except to sleep. The place was quiet. Nice deck where we sat outside. Coffee or tea could be made, full fridge, wineglasses, mugs, plates. Very clean. Bathroom had sufficient towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Was exactly as described. Could walk to town, but a bit of a hike. Easily located.

Only tiny complaint was sink needed one final swipe but everything was excellent.

Location, quiet yet near to town centre.

Rooms were not cleaned when we checked in. It will be better to have a hand print sign on the key pad. Have problems activating the key pad to key in the password.. The bathroom door cannot be locked. It will be good if drying cloth rack is provided.
