Si tratta di un'intera casa su due piani, con 4 camere da letto. C'è posto per almeno 10 persone. C'è la cucina ben attrezzata, c'è il soggiorno con divano e poltrone, ci sono due piccoli bagni, c'è un magnifico terrazzino che affaccia sui campi. È ottima per un gruppo numeroso.
È necessaria l'auto, sono almeno 10 minuti di auto da Quba. La struttura non è pulitissima per gli standard medi di un viaggiatore occidentale. Non è che sia sporca, ma bisogna un po' soprassedere su certi piccoli dettagli. I due bagni sono un po' maleodoranti.
I letti sono vecchi e un po' sfondati.
