Der sehr freundliche Vermieter wohnt selbst im Haus und daher ist die Kommunikation direkt möglich. Die Übergabe und Abreise aus der Wohnung kann schnell und unproblematisch erfolgen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in Kemnath gefühlt und gut und ruhig geschlafen. Die Wohnung entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung.
Es gibt keine Beanstandungen, deshalb kommen wir irgendwann wieder.

Moderne, gepflegte Wohnung. Nähe zur Stadtmitte.
Eher ein Vorschlag: den Schlafbereich durch eine leichte/kurze Trennwand räumlich vom Wohnbereich abtrennen. Ist aber eine Geschmackssache.

The host is very friendly. Everything went smoothly. The area is quiet. Plenty of fresh air comes into the apartment through the open windows. It was quite spacious. The kitchen is also nice. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich. Alles verlief reibungslos. Die Gegend ist ruhig. Durch die offenen Fenster kommt viel frische Luft in die Wohnung. Sie war recht geräumig. Auch die Küche ist schön.
