We did not avail of the rate with breakfast because most days we were out early. There was one male receptionist (too bad, I did not get his name) who was very friendly. Maybe because he can converse in English well. When we asked where we can eat the best ramen in the area on the first night of our arrival, he really went out of the reception desk, guided us outside and pointed to us to where the restaurant is. Truly, it did not disappoint us, ramen was delicious! We came back for ramen for the 2nd time two days after. The public hot bath at the hotel basement was worth the experience!
There was actually none even if the hotel is quite a distance from the center of Tokyo. The place was clean, receptionist was nice, bed was comfortable and the water pressure from the shower was great! The hotel is very near the train station and we enjoyed shopping in the nearby 3 malls - Ito Yokado, Lala and Bivio and the small shops in between, aside from shopping at Ginza and Gotemba. The hotel is just beside a Donki and Lawson outlets and lots of restaurants which are just walking distance. Very convenient. Plus, there was a church a few steps away, we were able to visit on Oct. 25th, our Dad's 16th death anniversary.

Price was fair, and the rooms were super clean.
The room was quite small, and the space wasn't particularly well optimized. The location is convenient in terms of metro access, but it's quite far from most of Tokyo's main attractions and trendy areas, so expect around 25 minutes of commuting.

Seemed mostly clean
Extremely small rooms, no where to put your luggage, poor lighting throughout, staff (manager) won’t allow you to eat outside of the building where there are tables and chairs with external food, even if inside restaurant is completely empty, staff suggests eating in room even though only one chair is supplied and suggested taking a chair from the hallway area which barely fit in the room, signs also state in the elevator to NOT eat in your rooms so mixed signals and poor management as we’d paid to stay at the hotel and not allowing us to eat in a more comfortable area.
