Nestled in Halton Hills, this charming house for $65 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. We welcome families of 3 guests. The Studio has a King bed & Twin size roll away bed. The bed rom is very large and can accommodate the the King bed & roll away inside.. Enjoy heigh ceilings, large window & lots of light. Located on 1 acre in town with no neighbours. Lots of parking on the premises. Comes with 2 parking spots . The Studio has its own separate entrance. We are located on a Main street with some traffic. We are close to restaurants & pubs. The space The Studio is elevated giving views of mostly forest & green space but it also faces on the Main St. This studio is located above our garage and has it's own separate entrance. When you are staying here you will be able to enjoy a paved & lite walking/biking trail direct across the road. We are just minutes away from down town Georgetown. Where you can enjoy loads of restaurants & pubs (3 minute drive, and 12 minute walk) The Studio Apartment is a self-contained unit for the exclusive use of the visitors. The Studio is fully equipped for 2 adult people. We are open to the idea of bringing 1 child. Soon we have a twin roll away bed for an extra bed. Bedroom: The bedroom window looks out on to trees & forest King sized bed with 3 piece on-suite bathroom ( large walk in shower) Twin size roll away bed Bed linens and pillows are included Bathroom with sink, walk in shower and toilet Towels, Shampoo & conditioner and soap are included Kitchenette area: Is down the steps in separate area from the living room and bedroom Kitchen with mini refrigerator, sink, toaster oven, toaster, kettle & keurig machine for Tim Hortons coffee & English breakfast and herbal tea, sugar, salt & paper Washer and Dryer (we ask you bring your own soap) Cabinets with dishes, glasses, mugs, utensils Small dining table for 2 Fan (in closet if needed) Desk with a desk lamp TV with Netflix Internet and WiFi Fire extinguisher Smoke Guest access Parking: We will allow for 2 parking spots. ( to the far right of the house in front of the wrought iron fence) Entrance: Come up the front Porch than go to the far end of the porch. There will be a hidden door. That is the private entrance to the Studio. It will have a key pad where you can enter the code we give you. Other things to note For extra cost we can accommodate parking for trailers, boats, other vehicles.

We had the most enjoyable stay here - it was immaculately clean and tidy, well equipped and had an excellent shower. All was good and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, we could have happily stayed in it all day! To be highly recommended.

We have stayed at many VRBO’s, but this one was our favorite! Very clean, and very nice. It had all we needed for our short stay in Georgetown. It even had a washer and dryer which is really nice for when we travel light and need to do some laundry to continue on with our journey. It would be nice if every VRBO had one. This place was close to the Canadian Bethel Branch too, which was really nice. It was also close to town with many places to eat. We truly enjoyed our stay and hopefully will be back and will for sure tell others. Thank you

The pictures are totally accurate for the studio and it just felt calming and peaceful to relax after each day of touristy hopping. We had absolutely everything we needed and the bed was so plush and comfortable. Kate is very friendly and personable and if we get back to this area we’ll definitely want to stay at this studio again!

My wife and I spent 5 days in Kate's pretty house. The rooms we lived in are super clean and had everything we need. There are beautiful trails nearby that we enjoyed a lot. Kate is a wonderful host and responded to me quickly.

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was so nice and exactly what we were looking for. The suite is clean and had everything we needed. Coffee and tea were supplied which was a nice touch. The property is beautiful and the big window looks onto trees and greenery which is so relaxing at the end of the day. Airconditioning was great and the bed was so comphy. The host is friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend.

Beautiful one bedroom apartment. King size bed with a private ensuite. Located across from a great nature trail. Host was gracious and ensured that everything was very clean and in excellent condition.

The apartment was exactly as pictured, maybe even better. It was very comfortable, and for our purposes perfectly located near the relatives we were visiting in Halton Hills. I would highly recommend this property and we'll book it again next time we come for a visit.
