The whole apartment suite for this discount price. - Amazing location close to all amenities in the Greater Toronto Area, Toronto Pearson International Airport (20 minutes without traffic by car) and Niagara Falls - Luxurious décor in a clean private home, clean, modern, comfortable and fully equipped. - Clean fresh linens, several extra towels - Beautifully built with your comfort in mind, your home away from home - Coffee maker with free complimentary coffee & tea - We provide free complimentary spring water for drink to all our guests for the best experience -During COVID-19 Pandemic we only accepting maximum of 2 guests for the whole apartment suite on request at a lower average cost - Especially on weekends, you get to read the local newspapers including Maclean's Magazine (Canada’s national current affairs and news Magazine) - Clean fresh linens, several extra towels on request - We provide a PRIVATE bedroom with a queen bed, which comfortably sleeps 2, dressing mirror and a small night table with a local area phone on request. - Your private bedroom comes, with closet, indoor slippers, hangers, additional light, computer/laptop table with chair. - We have a state of the art fully equipped kitchen. - We provide each room with simple guide to the use of the space to make your stay enjoyable - You are getting a bedroom with a locked, share a bathroom with another bedroom, modern sectional recliner, TV and many more, Super-fast 5G Wi-Fi internet connection included - Brand new kitchen, with new refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric range, Hamilton Beach coffee maker, dishes, cookware, cups and cutlery. Other dishes and utensils can be provided on request. Oil, salt and pepper available. No (Masala) spicy cooking. - The living room has a couch and dining table, and chairs. Additional chairs provided on request The bathroom comes with a hairdryer on request, 3 in 1 shampoo, body wash and face wash as well as toothpaste, toilet paper and, always ask for other things you may need, and we will provide those we have - Internet network plugs with cable available on request for high internet speed at all times - Close or walking distance to Mount Pleasant Go-Station (to connect to an area of Greater Toronto Area), Square, Waterfalls, Outdoor skating rink (winter only), shopping center and restaurants - We have a laundry available on site, which can be used from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM and anytime during the weekends after 3 nights stay. - This private room has washroom, living and kitchen with one or two other guests. - Although we love children, this property is Not Suitable for Children; please refer to our requirements. - PLEASE NOTE: Guest driving can be the book for only 14 night as we cannot provide free parking beyond this period. Please remember common areas are under video surveillance to help us serve our guests better

I had a very nice stay here. It is a spacious basement apartment with a fully stocked kitchen. Self-check in was very easy with a keyless entry code. Charles was a great host.

The host is a wonderful person. Took good care. Kitchen and washrooms are very clean. Felt like as if i am in my own home. Thanks to the host to make the stay very pleasant

Thank you for Charles' hospitality for taking initiative to help during my stay in his guesthouse that made my journey in toronto become easier, in particular, for rides for grocery shopping and for the airport. The house was newly renovated. My room was clean and comfortable, with facilities more than needed. As for the lication, it takes 7 minutes walk to Gotrain station, with hourly train to the union station. And the public library is nearby that l like most.
