Pull out couch, Full size, in the living room upstairs Beds are all made with clean linens upon your arrival. Pull out couch linens will be available. PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS: Small Charcoal Grill Upper Deck Parking: 2 spots - these may be street parking when the ground is wet from rain water AMENITIES: Full Washer/Dryer Keurig Coffee Maker Microwave/Toaster Internet & WIFI Dishwasher A small starter kit of toilet paper, paper towel, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, detergents, trash bags and hand soap is provided POLICIES/RULES NO SMOKING or VAPING allowed at this property anywhere on the premises. If determined that smoking occurred a $100 fee will be charged to the guest. NO PETS allowed at this property. Maximum Occupancy: 10 Must be 25 years old to reserve the home. Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 years old. Manager and owner of rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at property. Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given. My family really enjoyed our stay at the Seasar's Palace. The location is very convenient since the beach is a very short walk away. The iTrip staff were excellent. We had a little issue with the lock, but Jessica and her colleagues were very accommodation and they were always available for assistance. We will definitely stay there again in the future!

It was the perfect sized beach house for us. We had 4 adults and 3 children under the age of 9. The bedroom down stairs was perfect for my sister in law and her two boys. The laundry room was a life saver. We bought extra things like trash bags and toilet paper but really didnt need to use too much of it because the starter kit was plenty to get us through the 4 days. I would still suggest bringing your own just in case you need to take out more trash or dish pods to do more dishes. We grilled downstairs and ate dinner on the upstairs patio every night. The beach was within walking distance and never over crowded which we liked the most. We didn’t want it to be overly crowded like the beaches near the seawall especially during our 4th of July vacation. We have nothing bad to say! I would definitely recommend renting the beach house. Also they were so quick to respond when I had any questions. Customer service was great and we didn’t have any issues during our stay.

This home was great for us. There are some things that weren't great: the downstairs bed was broken, we were never able to get service on the downstairs TV, the patio door is very hard to open/close, and it isnt a fancy place. It is an older home and that shows, but for us, it was great. We had 8 people, including pre-teens, teens and adults...the location was perfect! The space for that many people was good, any more and it would have been too small. The living room space is small but worked for us because we were there for the beach and thats where we spent most of our time. The management folks were great and responded very quickly at all of our questions and needs. There is ample outside space to spend time if the weather permits and a super short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Upstairs is quaint and cozy. Downstairs beds were not great, one specifically was bowed in middle and we were unable to sleep on. The charcoal grill had a leg that was rusted and fell over. Overall we enjoyed our stay though, really liked how quiet and calm the beach was and the neighborhood was quiet as well. Not too far from west end restaurants or from strand in opposite direction.

We had a rough start but a great time. The day we arrived severe storms had passed through and caused some elective issues on one wall of the house and knocked out the internet so we weren't able to get in the house. I called and they immediately got me in the house. The next morning, mother's day, they sent someone out to make sure the electrical issue was fixed and the locks were fixed. They were very pleasant and did not seem at all bothered to help me with the issues regardless of the time (it was 9pm when we had issues). It was clean, within walking distance to the beach and the neighbors I met were very nice. My family enjoyed our vacation and would rent this property again in the future. This was the most pleasant property owners I've dealt with renting in VRBO.

This is a great get away spot, it's at the end of a dead end street, so only local traffic, enough space for a large family, and really close to the beach.

A very nice, calm and cozy property. Was very clean and well kept. Beach access is just a few steps away. We enjoyed staying here and would definitely like to go back. We would also recommend others to visit the place. Property manager Stacy was very helpful and friendly, appreciate her help.
