Perfect for what we needed

My husband and I needed a little get-a-way for a few days and this was the perfect spot. Cute home with all the amenities we needed. Walking distance to the pier where we enjoyed watching the ducks, boaters go by and we were even able to take a dip in the lake to cool off. Lots of friendly neighbors. Short drive to Goldstons where we saw an awesome free concert, beautiful sunsets, ice cream and great service at the Glass Bottom. Host is very friendly and accomodating.

The updates were cute as was the decor. But the beds were HORRIBLE..back breaking! This cottage really only holds 3 comfortably. We had some bug issues in the bathroom and kitchen. On more than one occasion the neighbors made us aware because of the HOA the homeowner wasn’t supposed to be renting out, really makes u feel welcome. The water at the shore was a mucky brown mess. Will take a week or more to recup from this “vacation “👎

Very cute. Wonderfully decorated. Everything you could possibly need. Loved the pier access at the end of the street! Neighbors are quiet and friendly. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

This was the cutest little cottage stay! A short walk to the lake. Nice little street and neighbors were friendly. Perfect yard space to take the fur baby to potty. Open living space & the enclosed porch was amazing for morning coffee. A very cute, well kept cozy space for our lake vaca. Will absolutely book again!

I can't say enough about this cottage. The decor is nice and the bed and sofa are very very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a keurig. The wifi works great. I worked remotely for a week here and it was perfect. There is a local place that delivered a great meal, and nearby places to shop if you forgot something. The host was responsive and so kind. I could even walk my dog around the outside of the cottage. I definitely want to come back!

When I got there immediately noticed the smell of cigarette smoke throughout the house. I called the owner and the person across the street came over to film all the cigarettes thrown in the yard.
I could have gotten a call about this and been relocated since I only live 1.5 hrs away. I am suppose to get a refund but nothing since speaking with Evolve and the owner.
The pier smelled so horrible you could not use it. We ended up going to Goldston been spending $10 a person to swim.
The description of this home does not match the actual description of the home. Roads are wide enough for one car. It is not conducive to having an animal there. Limited space for waking pet.

I am kind of OCD about cleanliness and I was extremely pleased with the property. All of the decor was new and cute as well. My parents stayed in Camp Clearwater and it was a couple minutes drive to see them. Would stay here again.

This home was fantastic. It was the most well stocked home we stayed at this year on either of our 3 trips. Everything was clean. Close to the water and dock was excellent. USB chargers in every room.. Highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be staying here again.
