Fully equipped three-bedroom home with easy access to Lake Victoria, the perfect location to relax and enjoy the beauties of Lake Victoria and The 90 Mile Beach. Drop Bear Cottage is the perfect spot to escape your busy lifestyle and enjoy your next holiday. Treat your pet to a great holiday too! Please remember to bring your pets bedding and anything else required to make their stay as comfortable as yours. The home has a deck at the front with plenty of chairs to enjoy breakfast out in the sunshine and a BBQ. Heading inside to an open plan living, kitchen and dining area, three bedrooms all with double beds, comfortably sleep six. Bathroom and separate laundry. A carport for undercover parking and plenty of room to bring your boat or jet ski. Lake Victoria is a short stroll from the property which is perfect for many water sports. The Deep-Water Jetty and Boat ramp is located not too far away either. Town facilities include, Lakeview Bar and Bistro located on the foreshore of Lake Victoria. The Hotel provides a free minibus pickup for patrons. A Licenced Supermarket, Café/Takeaway Shop, Fish & Chip Shop, Golf, RSL, Boat Club, Bowls club are all on offer here.

The property is perfect for a family trip with dog. The property is fully fenced, so our dog was able to spend some time outside. The veranda was perfect for some relaxing time to start or end the day. With 3 bedroom it's enough space for a family. We really enjoyed our time. The location is perfect for activities at the lake or the 90 miles beach.

This is the second time we stayed at Drop Bear cottage. It's lovely small cottage with all you need for short stay. Nice, secured backyard for our pup to run around, lovely area and amazing views at the lake. Surely we'll return again sometime again.

We loved our weekend at drop bear cottage. As soon as you arrive it feels comfortable and homely. The fenced in yard was great to keep the kids in without worrying about cars on the road. We enjoyed the board games, TVs in the bedrooms, and sitting on the verandah. We will be back for sure.

The stay was amazing, fresh beds, and comfottable sleep. The kitchen was a little dirty in the cupboards having to clean before we used items as im guessing mr moussy has a residancy lol. Overall beautiful and cosy. Thanks for the stay

Amazing location, warm, clean and comfortable house, so good for my teens and pets. Walked to the water, kangaroos all around the area, shops and skate park walking / riding distance, beautiful nature park and Ninety Mile beach a short drive down the road. Thank you for having a coffee machine!!

Great place to stay in Loch Sport, walk to shops, walk to Lake Victoria and a short drive to 90 mile beach. For us it was a handy place to stay whilst we caught up with friends while not imposing on them. Would recommend it to others.

Property was excellent, had everything we needed. Great location, very close to the lake and supermarket. House was immaculate. The kids loved the supplied games, WiFi/Internet worked well. Beds super comfy. Can't fault the place! Friendly and plentiful wildlife. We even got treated to a huge lightning storm across the lake one night that we got to watch from the comfortable patio. Tracey is a great host. Thanks for having us, we had a great time!

This property was a pleasant surprise, all the little extras made this trip for us. The only two draw backs were that reading lamps were needed in each room and the property needed to be sprayed for spiders. Other than that we had a wonderful stay. Our dog Muffin throughly enjoyed herself.

I’d never been to Loch Sport before. It was lovely to explore the surrounds, and to have a well equipped kitchen to come back to, to cook meals. My dog loved running around in the yard too.

House was nice and clean, well stocked with board games, food and toiletries. Nice open area for dog to run around in, although there is a gap in the front wooden fence that a small dog can jump through (as ours did) so make sure to keep an eye on your dog when they are outside. A good stay!

The location and town are blissfully peaceful. Took the shuttle bus to the local one night with our spoodle. Finley loved the fenced yard and being able to play on all the beaches. Will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic time at loch sport. The house was central to everything and had all the supplies that you could need for a great stay. The dogs loved the house and the long walks on ninety mile beach which is only a short drive away. Close to shops , rsl and parks. Hope to return for longer next time

All four of us (two humans and two dogs) enjoyed our stay very much. The yard is excellent as is the proximity to the lake. We like Loch Sport and it is a relaxed, friendly and low key place, without all the sceneisness of places close to Melbourne

Lovely comfortable house, nicely decorated. Beautifully clean. Could do with a little more storage in the bedrooms but that didn't take away from the house. It was really lovely.

Drop Bear Cottage Great Location close to everything. Great for taking walks. Secure yard for our little Jackie. All amenities we needed. Will definitely go back if staying at Loch Sport. Only concern was wood heater making surrounding wall too hot to touch and screen door needs repair.
