We had a great thanksgiving weekend here with our son. Very nice home, well stocked and cleaned. Short walk to the river. Garage parking. No complaints or issues, just what you hope for.

This was a great place to stay while visiting family for a few days. It was nice to have a garage and a covered walkway in the rainy weather. It was clean and had all the essentials.

This property is designed well for probably with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The kitchen was easy to work in. Lots of natural light and cozy patio in back. Nice location close to river and park.

We enjoyed our short stay here. The only slight negative was a little confusion on entering the property. While the property owner was very responsive and got us in within a few minutes, communication with Evolve was quite disappointing. The property was very clean and functional and a short walk to the river for a nice walk. We would stay here again.

This property was just fine. Great neighborhood, great location, it checked most boxes. It just needed a bit more warmth. We were hardly there except to sleep and eat a few meals so it took care of us just fine. If I had cause to be there more it would have been nice to have the decorating be more welcoming and comfortable.

Everything was as advertised. The beds and couches were comfortable, all the kitchen "supplies" were there, which was very nice. The directions for checking in and leaving were very clear, and the location was just what we were looking for. We loved our stay!

The house was on a beautiful tree lined street and the neighborhood was quiet and beautiful for walking by the water. There is plenty of street parking for visitors from our family. The instructions for accessing the unit were very good. It was very nice to have a walk in shower.

This house was so clean and they had the essentials you needed. The only thing I would suggested is maybe a couple extra blankets. I will definitely be staying here again.

I really enjoyed staying here. I needed a space that would let me be "mom" for a college visit, and this was perfect. The living area is comfortable, television adjustable for position, beds were terrific, and the kitchen very well stocked (maybe add another fry pan?). It is just close enough to campus to be an easy trip, and the neighborhood is quiet. The appliances are all high-tech and a joy to use, and having scent/dye-free laundry detergent was a huge plus for me. The keyless entry was so easy, and so nice to not have to keep track of an extra key. The owner came immediately for a tripped fuse, and was respectful of my space. It is clear that a lot of thought went into making this home comfortable, and we had a wonderful stay! thank you :-)
