The location central to everything in Corvallis
The parking garage was hard to get into - the driveway would be blocked by people loading/unloading at the front

Location was good. Didn't go on patio but it looked nice and overlooked the river.
I stayed here primarily due to my issues with multiple chemical sensitivity. Cheaper places often smell of cigarettes or of some kind of scent to cover it up. But my room smelled funny. I left the window open (can only open a tiny bit) and that helped. I paid three times another hotel in Corvallis hoping it would not smell. And it still smelled.
