Two lovely big sofas to seat 6 and a chair. The room is a proper cottage living room so we can't fit any more big sofas in but there is other seating in the kitchen. The new electric woodburning stove delivers instant warmth and comfort without the hassle and mess of a wood burner. Operational by remote control with optional smoke effects; can your dogs tell the difference? There is a wall-mounted 40" flat screen TV (with Freesat) and some lovely art works. Modern fitted kitchen, all open plan. Plenty of room, fitted oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. Plenty of crockery and cutlery and everything you need to cook. Wooden table and chairs for 6. You can open up the double doors and go straight into the garden.

Washing machine and plenty of storage for boots, coats etc. and...

Ensuite Bedroom 4
Kingsize bed with lovely comfy mattress. 40" TV with Freesat box. The bathroom has a shower, another loo with a view and a whirlpool bath. Lie in this, enjoy the bubbles and the sea view too. There are double doors opening out onto the glassed balcony (flush to the wall) looking over the garden so you can enjoy the fresh air and sound of the sea!
All about the outside
The garden is a reasonable size and fully enclosed with a nearly 6ft high thick hedge, backed with a solid fence – really secure! You can hear the sea and the gulls from the garden with just a field between you and the sea. There is a garden room with sofas in for sitting and enjoying the sun or an evening barbecue (provided) and a dog poo loo to save using plastic bags AND a warm dog shower too.
Your pack can really let loose in this garden on their holidays – Seaview Cottage has such a secure boundary!
Please note:
No smoking in the house please. The house is semi-detached – please do respect the neighbours' peace and quiet and not allow dogs to bark too much in the garden or children to make excessive noise in the house.
IF you would like to leave your dogs unattended in the house, and you are not confident they will be settled, please contact us for free dog sitting. The lane access to the cottage is a single track, residential lane – please travel along it slowly for the safety of all. If you would like your dogs to sleep on the beds, just let us know and bring your own bed linen. The hot tub is no longer in use at this property.

As the owner of a bully breed, finding pet-friendly accommodation is a constant struggle so finding this cottage was a real relief. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcome.
Our boy absolutely loved the beach and sea, and getting him to leave each day was a battle! By the time we were heading home, he was giving us his best disapproving look from the doorstep.
The sea view was stunning and the cottage was everything we needed. We would love to book again, highly recommended to any bully breed owner who's had a hard time finding somewhere suitable.

This house was a hit with the whole family - computer game playing lad, sun-worshipping teenager, dogs, adults and crocks - great! The house was perfectly positioned - only a couple of minutes stroll down a quiet lane to the steps to the sandy beach (a bit scary for the crocks, but there is a conveniently placed bench for viewing purposes). Both the garden and the beach were perfect for games, and the lovely nearby rentable private swimming pool and sauna were also enjoyed by the family. A comfortable well -equipped kitchen, with plenty of chairs around a big table was perfect for evening board games etc and a cosy sitting room, with sofa throws for the dogs too, made for a happy family gathering.
Four comfortable bedrooms (including a beautiful en-suite master, with sea views) and a downstairs bedroom, with an electrically adjustable bed - perfect ! A bathroom, shower room and a further loo meant that were no fractious waits, and we could all get sorted in time for the day’s plans.
We all had a great time and made happy memories and several came home a little fitter, toned and tanned. Thoroughly recommended.

Too have a beach so close down a quiet no through road would be perfect but added to a character cottage with fantastic sea views from upstairs & a secure grass lawn garden. ( even has outdoor dog toilet to save on bags) & sun cabin if you want a place to sit & read with the sound of the sea plus 4 bedrooms with 1 downstairs then Sea View is the cottage for you.
