The property comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, distributed across 3 cosy bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms with shower. On the ground floor, you will find bedroom 1 with 2 single beds and private bathroom, bedroom 2 with a majestic king size bed, and bedroom 3 with 2 single beds. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, offering generous space to store your belongings during your stay.
The kitchen is a truly well-equipped space for creating unforgettable culinary memories. With an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, combination fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, you have everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Small appliances such as a toaster, coffee maker and hand blender complete this functional and welcoming space.
Climb the spiral staircase to the first floor, where the space opens into a spacious and comfortably furnished living room. Cable television offers a wide selection of national and international channels, whilst the desk is perfect for those working remotely. The large panoramic sliding window provides access to a south-facing balcony with spectacular views of the sea and Black Rock, equipped with a dining area and parasol to enjoy peaceful moments outdoors.

The village offers a variety of restaurants within a few steps, including Zazu, Boaty's Tapas and Restaurante A Concha, as well as cosy cafés with terraces such as Luz Beach Café. Batista and Spar supermarkets are just 500 metres away, ensuring convenience for your daily needs.
