This gorgeous, bright apartment is located on the first floor.
The living and dining area with an open kitchen, as well as the bedroom, open out onto the west-facing terrace with a small garden. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, a cozy bedroom with a large double bed (160x200 cm), and a storage room with a washing machine and all the essentials.
The cozy couch can be easily converted into a double bed (140x200 cm) with a box-spring mattress, so your child or grandchild can sleep comfortably too.
Upon arrival, you can park your car in a private parking space in front of the house.
The location near the town center makes it easy to go shopping on foot or by bike, take a lovely walk along the Baltic Sea coast to your favorite restaurant, and visit all the interesting spots in the Baltic Sea spa town of Zingst!
A bike rental shop is located right around the corner on Rosenberg.
If you’re bringing your own bike, there’s also a private, lockable bike shed.

Ruhe, Sauberkeit, Ausstattung waren sehr gut. Allerdings brannte beim Nachbarhaus 24 Stunden am Tag die Außenbeleuchtung, so dass ich hier provisorisch eine Abdeckung anbringen musste, um Nachts im Bett nicht ständig davon geblendet zu werden und auch ab und zu mal den Sternenhimmel beobachten konnte.

Die Lage, abseits der Strasse. Gut zu erreichen. Modern eingerichtet und gute Raumaufteilung.
Sehr schön die Fussbodenheizung. Wlan hat gut funktioniert.
