The Comfortable Apartment at the Yacht Club offers stunning views of the marina, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a balcony. Ideally located in the heart of the Marina, you can easily walk to all amenities, including the beach, just steps away. This 70 m² apartment features a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and coffee machine. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a washing machine and dryer. The open-plan living and dining area includes a smart TV with streaming services and international channels, as well as a convertible sofa bed for two (one adult or two children). The apartment accommodates up to four guests, making it a great choice for families on vacation.

Parking spaces are available nearby for an extra fee. Airport or train station shuttle service is available on request for an extra fee. Rupert very friendly and helpful. Comfortable lounge and bedroom, working aircon, well equipped kitchen and shower room. Noisy outside at night (adjacent bars, restaurants and clubs) but double windows shutters and air con keep the noise down. Nice small balcony to sit out on in morning, in full sun in the latter part of the day. Really great to have taxi arranged for airport in both ways. Good supermarket just up the street.

The host in Marbella ( Rupert ) was great and communication was quick and he was very flexible to accommodate our needs. Description of The property was correct and we enjoyed sunset view from the balcony.Location is also excellent as many restaurants are around the property and just 10 min walk to the attractive old town of Marbella. Parking is very convenient, just across the property, outdoor parking and cost was 23.50 euro/day. It is not cheap but convenient as we had golf bags to carry around. We loved this villa. Perfect location on the beach, there are several very nice restaurants in the short walking distance. The villa is in great condition and had everything we needed. The only small issue is that the nearest grocery store is 10-12 min away. The store is Aldi, it is a nice one, but there is nothing closer even for very basic grocery needs. But we still would return with bo hesitation.
