Welcome to our home !
The building has a lift, but it is out of order.
In the Marais district, our home 2 bedroom is situated in a Parisian building, near many hip boutiques, restaurants, museums and galleries.
So kindly step in and make yourself at home; everything is within arms reach, and the interior decor will lull you into a sense of comfort and relation. In my apartment, you'll find there are 3-parts: The main living area, the bedrooms and the bathroom. As followed, you find:
- A fully-equipped kitchen with an electric hob and convection oven.
- Ample seating and surfaces for you to dine, work or make yourself comfy
- King-size beds in the bedrooms. The normal capacity of this flat is 4 persons, but can be extended to 6 with the sofa bed.
Fresh bedsheets, towels and toiletries are provided at no extra cost. Furthermore, cleaning and sanitation will be done before your arrival.
Enter the building using the badge (it's the first door on the right passing by Rue Chapon), the apartment is located on the 1st floor, first door on the left.

The historical Marais district located in the 4th arrondissement, is known for all its galleries, museums and boutiques. Museums include the Victor Hugo museum where the famous writer lived and the National Picasso Paris Museum. The streets around Saint-Paul metro lead to the Maison Européenne de la Photographie. The Place des Vosges, originally Place Royal is right in the Marais district.

Arts et Métiers (L3 & L11). 4min by foot/ 350m away.

You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.

Overall convenient location and clean apartment that worked well for our group. The apartment would benefit from a couple of maintenance items but didn't significant impact our stay. Overall as advertised.

It had everything we needed when traveling with my family (including kids). The location was near a metro station, supermarket and restaurants.

Simple apartment in an excellent location.Bedrooms were quiet, kitchen was basic but fine to cook easy meals.Access stairs a bit uneven if you have mobility problems. 10 minutes from metro, lots of cafes ,boulangeries, restaurants and supermarkets close by. Lots of great places within easy walking distance.

Apartment is cute in a great neighborhood. The stairs are difficult to navigate so this might be of concern for some travelers. We were extremely disappointed with the bed in the second bedroom. It was so uncomfortable that we could not use it after our first night of our five night stay. The bathroom was well lit but quite small and the floor was in desperate need of repair. The location is perfect, close to the metro and restaurants. We had a great time in Paris but were disappointed in this apartment because it was more like a one bedroom apartment since one of the beds was unusable.
