Gorgeous Studio Condo overlooking scenic 30A in Seacrest Beach nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beach. Condo has been completely remodeled and professionally decorated throughout with the latest amenities and brand new furnishings. The Condo sleeps 2 with a cozy Queen Bed and 65 inch smart TV. Studio is also equipped with a kitchenette stocked with a Keurig, microwave, dishes and a mini refrigerator. Deeded Beach access is located a short walk (.25 mile) from the Condo. Tram that runs March - October is also available directly from the Village. Condo resides in the family friendly Village of South Walton complex. All guests will have access to 2 Heated Pools (when temps are cold) and a Hot Tub on the grounds of the complex. Gas Grills available for guest's use also located at the pool areas. With plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, beach stores, boutiques, and the onsite Seacrest Sundry grocery mart, there is no reason to leave your beach escape. Unit comes with 2 beach chairs, 2 beach towels, starter sets of shampoo, soap, toilet paper and paper towels. POLICIES: - No Smoking and No Illegal Drugs - No Pets - No Guns or Weapons - No Events, Parties or Large Gatherings - Must Be at Least 25 Years Old to Book - Photo ID May Be Required Upon Check-In

We love the area, so the location of the studio was perfect. Close to rosemary beach and Alys beach. The shops below the condos were convenient. The studio was clean and the decor was modern and updated. The only downside was that there was no washer and dryer, and no great places to hang wet towels or bathing suits.

A lovely spot smack dab between alys and rosemary. The apartment was cozy, clean, and the hosts were very kind and let us have an early check in. The only thing to note is the window is where a walkway is located, so if you want your shades open, be prepared to have a stranger right outside your window. But, we just kept the shades closed and enjoyed our stay.

Nice place, great location, room updated, building a little bit older but ok. Only negative, lights at night were illuminating the room. And the space was smaller than anticipated. Owners great to work with and all else very nice.

Walking distance to shopping and food, beach access, bike access was great. Wish the pool was better. The stay was great overall and we would definitely stay here again.

Nice little getaway! Lots to do right around the place. Several places within walking or biking distance. I wish we would have stayed a few more days. We will definitely be booking again.

Hosts were very accommodating with an early Check in. The unit was very clean and bed/pillows so comfortable. The outlet in the bathroom worked and then stopped even after pushing reset. Our only complaint was outside the building was being power washed and it was loud. We love the area and would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the area. The unit had everything you need including beach chairs and towels for the short walk to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay and the unit is very nice. It is convenient to shops and dining. Once you arrive your car can stay parked because it is so centrally located. In the day we arrived we had a late afternoon wedding and the owners were accommodating and let us have an early check in. We rented bikes and rode to Rosemary and Alys Beach. We have stayed along 30a for years and enjoy riding our bike to the beach. Seacrest doesn’t permit bikes to the beach side and this was very disappointing and wish it was stated in the summary. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I booked a very last minute beach trip for just the two of us and there weren’t many options to choose from left at a reasonable rate. When I found this place I thought it was perfect. We are usually watercolor dwellers, but I wanted to check out Rosemary. This little studio was within 2 blocks from the Rosemary town center, and 2 blocks from the private beach access. It really was perfect for us, had all the basic things we needed. Don’t plan on cooking a meal here, but we knew we were there to not lift a finger. My only complaint is the air conditioner, it’s an in room unit and I just don’t really like them. They always seem to smell musty and never seem to keep the humidity completely out. The hallway in the building was very hot and smelled mildewed, and it kind of crept into the room. I have a very sensitive nose, so this may not bother everyone. Definitely recommend this place for just a couple looking to spend much needed one on one time.

Such a convenient location, and the property was clean and exactly as advertised. Our only complaint (which I realize is beyond the owner’s control) is that it was pretty bright in the unit at night because of the outdoor hallway lights in the complex, even with the curtains. We would still highly recommend this property for the amazing location. Loved the peddlers pavilion in the front yard and convenient access to Rosemary and Alys Beach.

Bill and Kim's place was fantastic and incredibly convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shops in the Rosemary, Alys, and Inlet beach area. The condo was perfect for two people and was exactly as advertised. Bill and Kim were very quick to respond to any questions right away. I'd highly recommend staying here if you like the Rosemary Beach area and are looking for a more affordable option. The daily beach tram was easy to take every day, although we walked a few times to the beach as well. It's a very short walk. We loved our time here and would be happy to stay again.
