Sleeps 21 in beds! 2 King Bed Bedrooms with En Suite Bathrooms 3 Queen Bed Bedrooms with En Suite Bathrooms (1 Queen Room also has a Twin over Twin Bunk Bed) Bunk Room with a Full over Full Bunk Bed and a Twin over Futon Bunk Bed Great Room Sofa Sleeper 5 of the bedrooms have their own en suite bathrooms and the Bunk Room is just across the hall from another full bathroom. Each bedroom has its own TV. The Great Room/Kitchen area has a large, sectional sofa, an oversized dining room table that seats 12 with 8 more seats at the kitchen island and bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need including a gas cooktop stove. I don't normally leave reviews but this place I felt was definitely worth my time. My family had everything they needed. The beds were SO comfortable and the home was clean and spacious. The private outside hot tub and public pool across the street were so much fun for my family. Happy to give this place a recommendation. Definitely 10 stars if I could give it. To all those involved in hosting us, thank you so much!

Great for families of 11-12. Lots to do on property and great hiking in nearby state and national parks. Close to St George for shopping. Etc Would come back to do more!

Had several families with kids of all ranges, jeeping and recreating for a week and had a blast. Tons of room, great garage hangout space backs up to a scenic desert wash with running a trail.

We had a great vacation with our family, it was so nice having a bunk room for all the grand kids and having bathrooms off each bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped and having lots of seating for dinners and playing games Having our private hot tub was great especially when the weather was cooler.

We stayed here for a family reunion. We loved that there were five master type bedrooms all with their own bathroom! This was perfect. The home was clean and had everything we needed. It has a private hot tub which we enjoyed and was super close to the community pool and pickle ball courts. Shane was great to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

There is so much to keep everyone busy having fun here! The "game room garage" was a big plus to keep the kids, and adults, occupied. We enjoyed some adult time after the kids were in bed on the upper deck where there is a hot tub and fire pit. Everything was clean and tidy for our stay. The hosts were great too!

Our family had a great time at this home. We played pickleball, ping pong, foozball, went on walks and enjoyed the pool and loved the private hot tub. My family enjoyed that the bedrooms had their own bathrooms...plenty of private space for us all to enjoy. Thanks so much for helping make our trip enjoyable and memorable!
