We had a family get together and there were plenty of rooms to accommodate us. The central kitchen, dinning room and hall were great places to congregate. Note if you want to watch TV, it is for streaming and you need to bring your own app user/password like for prime, netflex etc.

We had a great time at Swallow Hill Manor. We went and visited with the horses and just had an overall relaxing time at the house.

We loved the large amount of space, the kitchen, and the dining room table with seating for our extended family.

Overall the house worked for our large party in town for a funeral. The property is very old, limited lighting and could use newer kitchen pans, etc. beds are ok in comfort. If you want a very old, very authentic, new england farm house experience then this is the perfect house.
