Nestled in Surprise, this lovely house for $240 per night is a great choice for your next break. Heated pool(at additional charge) Relaxing 3- Bedroom 2-Bath Desert Oasis in Surprise, AZ. You’ll be right at home in our Desert Oasis 3-bedroom 2-bath home with a private beautifully landscaped back yard. Relax while enjoying the sounds of the cascading fountain into the pool. Our outdoor amenities include a covered patio with gas fire pit, BBQ, lawn chairs, pool floaties, towels and an umbrella. Indoor features are just as amazing we have all the things to make you feel right at home. Kitchen features granite counter tops with newer stainless-steel appliance well equipped kitchen to make the most memorable meal. Kitchen includes all cookware, dishes, corded appliances and yes even a Keurig for that morning coffee. We also provide linen, towels, select shampoo and body wash. Also provided is garage parking, Wi-Fi, laundry room in a nice quiet neighborhood. Home is close to shopping, dining, hiking, zoo and the spring training fields for your convenience. TPT License #21409396 *HEATED POOL INFO-Not everyone wants or needs the pool to be heated during their stay. To keep our prices low and to conserve energy, we only heat the pool for those who request this extra service at least 24 hours prior to check-in. Pool heating is offered only for consecutive nights. "Hopscotching pool heating dates is expensive and difficult to manage and therefore is not offered. Following are the nightly pool heating rates, which are per consecutive night to heat the pool up to 86f: $70/night +$10 per degree per night for requests to heat over 86f Pool heating is charged upon arrival and paid through an additional money request sent through the booking site. While we should be able to heat the pool, unforeseen weather or equipment issues may render this option unavailable during some or all of your stay. Travel Insurance- We recommend all our guest purchase Travel/Trip Insurance either thru VRBO or your own insurance program. Protect yourself from any unforeseen changes that may happen.

This was a nice, well maintained home in a great location. There were some negatives. The master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable with pronounced full body indents on both sides of mattress. Neither myself of my husband were able to sleep through the night fully, as parts of our body would fall asleep or start hurting. Also, we paid a pretty penny for a heated pool that was barely luke warm. Being November in AZ it was relatively warm outside, but the pool actually being heated would have been nice. There was also barely any supplies in the home. No sponge, trash bags, paper towel, or extra toilet paper. We had to grab some during our stay. Overall good stay, would suggest taking care of the things I mentioned to make it even better for future renters.

The house was clean, well-appointed, and was perfectly located for meeting with the in-laws who live in Sun City West. The beds were very comfortable. The back yard was gorgeous with a well-shaded pool. The hosts made it an easy stay, and provided some nice amenities (cold water machine, snacks, etc) . The only improvements might be to increase lighting at front door and longer blinds on master bath window. We would stay here again, no hesitation.

We loved our stay! The house was super cute, the pictures online are are pretty accurate however we felt it was actually nicer in person which is not always the case.
The house had everything we needed, and the hosts were quick to respond to messages!
If we make it back out to AZ again this house will be our first option for booking.
Oh and our 7 year old was super stoked to have a queen bed and a TV in his room!

We are usually apprehensive when getting to a new VRBO. No need to be that way here. The house is spotless and is equipped with literally everything you could possible need , just pack your clothes and enjoy.

Ron and Angie could not control the weather (30s overnight and 60s during the day) so we did not have the warm, pool-centered week we had hoped for, but the house was lovely-- spacious and clean-- and had everything that the four of us needed. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful both in advance of and during our stay.

We were so impressed with this house and the ownership when we stayed for 11 days last April, that we wanted to stay here again for this 8 day stay in November. Fortunately the house was available, and we were able to make the reservation for this trip. We had a great time golfing and visiting friends in the Surprise/Scottsdale area, all while staying in a fabulous house close to all our activities. Thank you very much, Ron and Angie!

Arizona Vacation with friends
We found this property to be sparkling clean with lots of amenities including a top-rated patio area and pool. It is located in a newer, quiet neighborhood and within easy driving distance of lots of sites and activities. All the appliances including washer/dryer were clean and in top running condition. The house was well supplied to get us started right away and owner was highly responsive. We hope to visit again!!

Perfect for our small family
Ron and Angie went above and beyond making us feel at home . House is easy to enjoy with comfortable beds, great well stocked kitchen and quiet private beautiful yard and pool . We were busy with elderly mother residing in Sun City so didn’t get to take advantage of the pool and back as much as we would have liked . Distance to Sun City back and forth twice daily was very doable as well , We hope to stay again in Ron and Angie’s lovely home when visiting the area . Thanks to our hosts for making this visit easy and comfortable .

This place is definitely a five star property. We came to play in an October USTA Nationals event for our team which was a happy occasion and this house did not disappoint. We had three adult couples stay at the house for three nights and we were extremely comfortable. It is not the biggest house you could rent but for six close friends, it was just the right size. There are only two bathrooms so two of the couples had to share a bathroom but the bathroom was not small and was extremely clean and beautiful for a secondary bathroom. The rest of the house is very clean and felt like it was almost brand new. The kitchen is gorgeous with stone countertops and stainless steel appliances. The owners were kind to have welcome snacks for us. The kitchen is well stocked with some tea, coffee, sugar, salt and all of the kitchen things you would have at your own house, including an instant hot water dispenser. There is a little starter detergent to do a couple loads of laundry. The backyard is welcoming to sit at the covered outdoor table with six chairs in the evening. There is a pool that is not heated but warm enough for one of us to jump in a couple times and say it was refreshing. The rest of us felt it was too cold to jump in but nice enough for us to spend a couple hours around the pool with our feet in the pool talking and having a good time.
Overall, I would say that this is an amazing house and I would definitely stay here again and tell any of my friends to stay here if they needed a place in Surprise. The owners have done a great job.
