Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, this cozy, two-story home is perfect for your next mountain getaway with the whole family. Step through the front door and find yourself in the main-level great room that includes a well-equipped, full kitchen, a dining area for six, and a comfortable living area with a wood-burning fireplace and flatscreen TV all ready for entertaining. Downstairs, kids of all ages will delight in the fun-filled game room complete with a full-size pool table, puzzles, books, games, and playsets. And outside, enjoy the view from your furnished balcony, dine al fresco with the help of the gas grill, or slip into your private hot tub for the ultimate relaxation. For sleeping options, discover four cozy bedrooms on both levels of this home including a main suite with private balcony access, a kid-friendly bunkroom, and a ground-floor bedroom with a queen bed and desk and chair to set up your laptop for remote work or schooling. A Pack 'n Play is available for those traveling with little ones. THINGS TO KNOW This home is within a gated community that requires a $42 access fee, payable to the HOA at check-in. The fee is subject to change without notice. There are two active security cameras on the outside of this home: one is pointed at the front door and one is pointed at the back door. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles. Security camera details: 2 cameras on outside of home: one is pointed at the front door and one is pointed at the back door. Both are active. Dock details: Marina, Dunn Court Beach, Lake Lodge Beach and Fisherman's Cove Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. This was an excellent mountain vacation and jumping off point for exploring Yosemite. The house was comfortable, clean, and set up well for adults and kids. The downstairs play room was wonderful for the kids. We would definitely come back here again.

The house was more than enough room for my family of 9. We felt very much at home. The Nature was unbelievable. The deers came out and wandered the neighborhood. Waking up to seeing the Nature all Around was breathtaking. My family and I look forward to making more memories in the near future

More than what was expected.
More than what was expected.
Loved the space of the house, the layout, game room, hot tub. The location was amazing close to the lake and to Yosemite. We saw a lot of deer 🦌 it was beautiful and more than what was expected from the pictures.
