Just minutes from the Galleria, Medical Center, Rice Village, Rice University, Zoo and NRG Stadium.

This 2/2 condo is all inclusive, (water, electricity, basic cable). 2 Queen Beds, full size washer and dryer in the unit, 2 full baths, utilities included, Kitchen and Living room with a TV, Pool and Tennis Court also in the complex!
This is a NON-smoking apartment. NO pets allowed.

Clean, next to Target, 10 minutes to HEB, many restaurants nearby, close to MD Anderson. Ground floor apartment with walk-in shower perfect for persons that can't get into tub or climb stairs. Very comfortable beds. Quiet apartment complex. Great communication with host.

This unit has many great attributes. The host, JC, provided excellent check-in and check-out instructions. The location is very convenient and easy to access. It is very close to NRG so I can imagine certain events might make traffic a challenge, but we had no issues the weekend we were there. As another guest mentioned, the neighborhood felt a little “sketch”, but the property is very secure, quiet, and felt safe. We walked along Braeswood Bayou which is super close to the property. There was a nice basket of snacks, several bottles of water, and an assortment of teas provided. However, only one serving of coffee per person (3 pods for 3 adults) was on hand for our first night. I was surprised by that since I’ve never experienced a host being that stingy with the coffee. The kitchen was generally “well stocked”. Since these short term rentals have zero consistency regarding what defines “well stocked”, one might consider having only one large butcher knife (no smaller sharp knives), no unused kitchen sponges, and a rusted cork screw somewhat less than expected. The rusty corkscrew broke in our wine bottle, cork. We went immediately and bought an 8 replacement. I did ask to be reimbursed, but the host refused. We were expecting more seating, but one loveseat pictured was not present. The dishwasher door is a bit difficult. Day one it wouldn’t latch shut, so we hand washed the dishes. The next day, it shut, no problem and ran as expected. Recommend with caution.
