Depending on what you book there may be other guests on the property at the same time but they will not have access to your space. Additionally there is a guest house ("Hidden Gem") in the back corner property but it shares no amenities with the main house or apartment. We want you to enjoy stay with us so feel free to contact us with questions or for details. Guest access Parking is available in the circle drive or on the right side of the driveway. The left side is reserved for the Garage Apartment guests. Other things to note The King Suite is referred to as the Main House and largest portion of the King Estate (which is available on Airbnb "King Estate with Mid-Century Loft"). The King Estate includes the Main House and a self-contained Garage Apartment (available on Airbnb "Comfortable Apartment & Kitchen") that can be accessed through an adjoining interior door or through a private exterior entrance. Depending on what you book (King Estate, King Suite, or the apartment) you will enjoy that entire space. NOTE: If the King Suite is booked, there may be other guests in the apartment but they will not have any access to the Main House or its amenities.

This was an overall incredible experience for my my friends and me for a get together. Everyone slept comfortably and enjoyed all the amenities. The hosts were fantastic and excellent with communication. I would highly recommend!

This house has a great layout with plenty of room for everyone. There was plenty of space and lots of nice rooms for folks to gather. Towels were a little sparse and we ran out of garbage bags but there was a nice community pantry and a fully loaded kitchen.

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and all of her family and bridesmaids were from another state so we needed a large place for all of us. This house was perfect! With the many different gathering spaces in the house it never felt crowded. The hosts were very responsive and easy to work with. Would recommend this house for your large group!

The owners were very responsive and the home had all the space we needed for our family and visitors as we gathered nearby for our wedding. The location is convenient to main needs. The only complaint family had were the floors left feet dirty and not enough cleaning supplies, example the sponge was vary worn out.

There were seven of us staying here and everyone was very comfortable. All of the rooms were spacious and we really enjoyed ourselves. Marjorie was awesome to work with! We will definitely rebook if the opportunity comes again.

Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. The space was clean, spacious and well equipped for a large family gathering (pictures don’t do it justice). Our hosts were so amazing and flexible. They were beyond hospitable and absolutely made our stay in Wichita better than any other place we’ve been before. I look forward to booking with them again!

I found this home to house our team for a local ice hockey tournament. It was perfect for all of us. We were all able to have a bed and the layout worked great for us. The house was very unique and the owners were a pleasure to work with. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We plan to use it again next year!

Spacious. Clean. Workout room. Stocked coffee bar, snacks, portable fans, condiments in the fridge, laundry soap, 2 washing machines, 2 dryers, comfortable beds. Great communication with owners. We didn’t want to leave. Rented for myself, my parents and other family who flew in for our wedding. It was perfect where everyone had their own space but an opportunity to be together. Would definitely recommend. Neighborhood is not the best but once inside you’d never know it. 10!

We were in town for graduation. The house was large enough to host a graduation dinner with friends and family. Plenty of seating and space for everyone to spread out. The owners was very responsive and accommodating.

We meet up with a group a friends and their kids just to relax and hang out (6 adults and 8 kids). We had the best time and the place was perfect! We would definitely book again!

We did not end up staying here and were not given a refund so we decided others need to know before they stay. On arrival there is a lengthy phone call to walk you through the place. We discovered multiple beds without bedding., and when directed by owner where to look found none. We rented for 9 people, listing says up to 16. Owner asked why we needed the other bedding and we said so we can figure out where best to place parents near little ones and that having spent over $1100, for two nights, we should be able to pick our own sleeping places. The owner gave a long explanation of how people rent for less people and then have more. This was not what we were doing, in fact the first night we only had four. But the bigger issue is that nowhere on the website does it mention there being another building right behind the house to rent via “instant booking.” We did not know that we would then be sharing the property in close proximity to another person. When we brought my sister and her littles ones back that night there was an unmarked truck in the driveway. When we called the owner he said it was an “instant booking.” Jerry and Marjorie said that we had separate entrances and codes, but the other rented space was too close for comfort to the back door. There were multiple doors that could easily be left unlocked by a child and give access to the house. Because we had children and a single woman and had no idea who this man was, if he was safe, a pedophile, had a record, etc we decided against leaving my sister and her children there. Bottom line we would not have rented if we had known this was a possibility and at the time it was not stated on the vrbo rental description. We chose a vrbo for safety, comfort and privacy. The owner’s refused to refund or see any thing other then his way.

We had a large group, but with the way the house was laid out and the number of sleeping areas, we were able to maintain individual privacy yet also engage with the large family. The owners were very accommodating. I highly recommend.

This house was PERFECT for our out of town family and friends to come together and celebrate my brother and soon to be SIL! The inside was extremely cute and the perfect backdrop for pictures and hosting, plenty of beds for the whole family to stay, and the backyard offered a great space for us all to fit and hangout!i Definitely recommend and will be back when visiting Wichita! Thank you Marjorie!

Excellent VRBO. Very spacious interior and exterior. Very well maintained. The owners pay attention to detail leaving out little things like snack bowls. The beds were super comfy. AC worked great during a very hot week. Definitely would recommend for any family looking for an excellent place to stay.

We very much enjoyed staying at this home. We appreciated the plentiful space and the personal touches from the hosts. They were great to work with. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, spices and coffee. They have made it very easy to move in and have a functional space to call home. Would happily stay here again.

We had seven ladies in Wichita to bowl. This home was perfect and could have had more ladies. It was easy to get to the bowling center from the house. It will be one of our go-to homes in the Wichita area.

It was my first experience using Vrbo and we happened to be the first reservation for this property via Vrbo, so it was a new experience for both me and property owner. A few hiccups along the way, but excellent communication back and forth got us through it perfectly. Jerry & Marjorie were totally great.
