It is convenient with one bedroom and bathroom downstairs (Wheelchair accessible-great for those not wanting to climbs stairs) and the other bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. This offers privacy between the 2 floors. The combined living and dining is beautiful and comfortable. The dining room seats 6. Fireplace for ambiance, TV in living room and upstairs bedroom. Wireless internet. You'll also love the patio off the downstairs bedroom w/ table & chairs and appreciate the natural light from the skylight over the entryway.
