The open-concept living space offers a convenient kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, two-burner stovetop, and microwave—ideal for preparing light meals. There’s seating for up to six guests with a combination of dining table and bar seating, while the living room comfortably accommodates up to five and features a cozy gas fireplace for added ambiance.
Step out onto the private balcony and take in beautiful waterfront views as boats glide in and out of Round Lake—an ideal spot to unwind.
Located at the Edgewater Inn on the north shore of Round Lake Harbor and the Pine River Channel, this condo offers prime drawbridge views and easy access to downtown Charlevoix. Each condo at the Edgewater Inn is individually owned and uniquely decorated, giving every stay its own character. With 48 unique units, a variety of amenities, and a friendly staff, guests can expect a comfortable and welcoming experience.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building, a guest laundry facility, and a pool with a year-round indoor section and a seasonal outdoor section (open May through September).

Absolutely loved the property. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the perfect weather and watching the ferry come and go and all the fishing boats. It was quiet and peaceful and within waking distance of the downtown.

The condo is beautifully decorated.The balcony was a nice place to sit in the evening. When it cooled off outside, the fireplace was a nice touch. We made good use of the pool, hot tub, sauna and exercise equipment.

Great location and very clean. Perfect view during any season. Would definitely stay again. Instructions for check in were limited and there are no directional signs of where your until and room number is outside or even within the complex. Be sure to ask lots of questions ahead of time of Edgewater Inn especially if checking in after 5:00 as there is no one there and nothing in your check in package to reference.

Was displeased I was unable to check in early as I had called and asked if I could days before, and had been told it should have been a problem. The wedding I came up for started as they called to tell me I could check in, so I wasnt able to check in until late at night.
What upset me most of all is that on a Saturday, you had people working with loud powertools"drills & saws" in the condo next to me. This was at around 8 am, and I was not able to get back to sleep afterwords. Was very unhappy about this, and will not be back because of it.
