We loved the location! Walking distance from the shops and restaurants downtown and from Lake Michigan. Beautiful views from the back balcony of Round lake and the boats coming and going! The room was clean except for some cobwebs on the back deck. The only downside to the room is that the bedroom had a window in it that had the outside hallway on the other side, so it was very loud in the bedroom if people were talkimg as they passed by. You could hear every word of their conversations. Thankfully this quieted down in the evening when we went to sleep. Otherwise everything was great!

Fireplace didn't work, there was no hot water, and the HVAC was difficult to manage.OK for the price but over the hill for sure.
