You and your family will have a perfect getaway in this spacious two story, pet friendly, farm house nestled corner lot with abundant land. The house is within walking distance to the lake, community pool and tennis courts. This home features two living spaces, 3 bedrooms, washer and dryer on the 2nd level, 2 full Baths, front deck and wrap around back/side deck, and full basement. Entering through the front door, you walk into the family room where you can watch a movie or cable with the family. You can also sit in the great room and relax in front of a wood burning stone fireplace. Sit down to eat with the family in an updated kitchen with a glass skylight to bring in natural light. The 1st floor of this house has a full bathroom, hardwood floors, fireplace and access to the backyard through the sliding glass door. Both the family room and great room have queen pull out couches that sleep two people each . Upstairs, you’ll find the master bedroom with a queen bed and a washer and dryer in the walk-in closet. A full bathroom, children’s room with bunk beds, a 3rd bedroom with another queen bed. Wireless high speed Internet with coverage through out entire house. **Temporary Memberships are available (for an additional fee paid to the Lake Naomi Community) to guests who stay for a week or longer. Temporary Membership provides access to the lakes, ponds and beaches, the Clubhouse-Restaurant, participation in recreation and social activities, the Recreation Tennis Courts, Pools, Silver Tennis (Court Fees are additional) and Silver Golf (Greens Fees are additional). It also provides access to the Logan Steele Community Center which includes usage of an indoor pool with zero-depth entry, kids splash park, adult whirlpool, steam room and sauna, state-of-the-art fitness center, aerobic room, multi-purpose room for various sports, café, Indoor Tot Lot, Outdoor Pavilion, Outdoor Fields, Outdoor Playground and Wireless Internet Usage. We had an amazing time spending the Memorial Day weekend at this beautiful place, it was just a little down side that we couldn’t get access to the lake or pool you need the membership pass or stay over a week to get in, but we visited a lake close by and the hot tub was a great plus.

This property was everything it was advertised and more. The owners are so responsive and kind, the home is comfortable and clean. It truly felt like our home for the time we stayed. The air hockey table and game room was a hit, the hot tub was perfect, the proximity to everything needed, the gorgeous views from the deck and the beautiful skylights, we could not have asked for a better experience. So much so we plan to book for next year! The community was so safe and clean as well! The grocery store is only a 15 min ride, and under 10 minutes to Dunkin. Snow tubing and the outlets were all near too. We are so happy we found this place and can’t thank Abby for providing such a welcoming space. Can't wait for next year!
