**Book Today for Only $300 Down at the Time of Booking *** Seven Pines vacation rental home is a cozy, comfortable and updated cabin that is easy to access.  Located in the Vallecito Lake Resort Valley, Seven Pines is located close to the Vallecito Lake Marina, hiking trails, two general stores and restaurants nearby. With year round access this cabin provides a warm cozy place to call home during all four seasons. A two-sided rock fireplace anchors the main living area, dining room and kitchen.  In the great room, vaulted ceilings and high windows take in the surrounding woods. The large front yard has a large deck with BBQ grill and table for outdoor gatherings. The two-car garage is heated and has a ping pong table.  Bed Configuration (Home is single level, so all rooms/bathrooms are on the same floor): Bedroom #1: King Bed Bedroom #2: Queen Bed Bedroom #3: Queen Bed Bedroom #4: King Bed Bedroom #5: 2 Sets of Twin Bunk Beds Consistent with most Colorado mountain homes, the home does not offer air-conditioning. The fireplace in the Great Room is operational; the fireplace in the bedroom is NOT operational. During winter storm events 4WD is required. Appx 25 miles to downtown Durango and 50 miles to Purgatory Ski Resort. There are 3 ring cameras on the outside of the home facing the driveway, back porch and walkway to front door. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
