Extremely Poor Conditions. NOT RECOMMENDED

Our experience at this property was extremely disappointing. Despite us actually showing up with full payment taken and staying at the property, the booking was marked as a “No-Show” on the app by the owner. We have attached pictures as evidence of our stay and the condition of the property. The property is poorly maintained and there were insects and cockroaches roaming around in every room. There was also papdi/dirt and debris in the rooms, spider webs, and an overall lack of basic cleanliness. A rotten and foul smell was also coming from the property, making the stay very uncomfortable. The staff was not friendly or welcoming, and the overall service did not meet bare minimum expectations for a stay. In addition, there is significant construction activity around the property, resulting in considerable dust, noise, and disturbance, which further added to the discomfort and restlessness during our stay. Overall, the property clearly needs better maintenance, proper pest control, thorough cleaning, and improved staff service. Most importantly, marking a genuine guest as a “No-Show” despite actually arriving and staying is highly concerning and should be corrected. The app shows cancellation and full refund of the payment till a certain date. But the owner messages that No refund will be given if cancellation is done. There is no proper vessel, the owner is non-cooperative towards any request and casually tells there is no wifi inspite of telling us at the start there is hi speed wifi, the inverter and batteries are on the floor, the railings are all rusted. Swimming pool is not clean at all. The caretaker sneaks in without informing and takes the cooking cylinder for their use. They do not give the keys to the house and neither is there locks or safety cupboard for the rooms. The kitchen had dirty vessels and used flour with cockroaches roaming in it.

The private pool was well-maintained and perfect for relaxing. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxury getaway!"
