Clean, good location and friendly staff
The property was fine - the only issue was very noisy guests having an argument at between 1 and 2am. The noise carried and was loud enough to wake us up. Breakfast seating was a bit restricted.

Good location by the river, super clean room and comfortable bed. The off-street customer parking bays under the hotel were large, so parking was easy. The pool was great, with shallow area for children. As part of the hotel and overlooking the river a cafe called Classes where you can relax with a coffee and range of lovely cakes.
Breakfast is just adequate for a foreigner, but likely more acceptable for Thai business travellers. I personally would have liked to have my beloved omelette and/or scrambled egg, which the hotel was unable to provide.
