Walking into this stunning 5 bedroom home, you will notice the home basically has 2 completely separate living quarters, perfect for large families who want to be together yet have privacy. Sleeping a maximum of 12 guests, it provides 2 full kitchens, 2 in-home laundry facilities, and 2 separate climate control units. The spacious home also boasts plenty of outdoor spaces where you can relax, including an in-ground heated saltwater pool. It is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home, PLUS the tropical setting! This 2nd floor of the home invites you in with open concept living and vaulted ceilings. It can accommodate six people. The large, comfortable furniture calls for you to sit, relax and begin your vacation here in Paradise. Watch a movie, play a game, or curl up with an enjoyable book. From the living room, a 13’ sliding door opens to the lanai where you can dine or just take in the view of the neighborhood. The formal dining room offers another dining spot to enjoy a home cooked meal prepared in a kitchen well equipped with all new modern appliances. Moving down the hallway, you'll find an enclosed washer and dryer for your convenience. The next stop is the spacious master bedroom with a king bed, walk-in closet, and TV for late night viewing. The attached balcony is a great star gazing spot. An ensuite bathroom adds to your privacy. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom has a queen. There is a shared bathroom in the hallway. Head downstairs to the ground level portion of this home which has two bedrooms, two baths, and a queen sleeper sofa. It can accommodate six people. As you enter, the master bedroom is off the hallway in its own area. There is a queen bed, smart TV, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and a private washer/dryer for your convenience. The second bedroom is on the opposite end of the home, so privacy abounds. It has a king bed, smart TV, and a full bath is located just outside the room. With the living, dining and kitchen offering an open concept, it maintains an airy feeling. Prepare home cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Relax and watch a movie in the living room. There is a sleeper sofa in case you have guests. Open the sliding glass doors in the dining area to step out to the backyard patio offering outdoor dining surrounded by palm trees rustling in the ocean breeze by the in-ground heated pool. The mid-island location is perfectly nestled in a quiet residential area with a 2 minute walk to Ft. Myers Beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Your tropical paradise maintains its small island charm away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square, thus affording quiet relaxation for that desired relaxing getaway. Head to the beach for a day of sun and fun at the seven miles of sugar sand beach that awaits you just across the street then come back to the house to cool off in your heated saltwater pool, which is fully fenced for your privacy. Relax poolside on one of the loungers or enjoy a cocktail at the water's edge. There is also an outdoor shower for your convenience. There is plenty to keep you busy during the evening as well - start off by watching the beautiful sunsets. Estero Island has numerous restaurants and nightlife for your choosing, and you are in the middle of it all location-wise. Take the trolley north to the beach front Junkanoo and Fresh Catch restaurants, or continue to Times Square for more shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. To the south is a theater where you can order a meal and relax in comfy swivel chairs. There is also the Santini Marina Plaza with unique shops and restaurants. Water activities abound that include jet ski rentals, parasailing, fishing charters, dolphin, and sunset tours. Close by is the Fort Myers Beach golf course if a round of golf is on your agenda. Enjoy a day or evening out on the Big M Casino boat or take the ferry to Key West.
