About this house rental
Situated in Estero Island, this lovely house for $730 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. License#19-0849 Welcome! We are back! After a long year of repairs, we are better back, better than ever. Come stay at our little paradise! Our home offers newly remodeled five-bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms, along with a large private heated swimming pool, right along the canal leading out to the Gulf. Enjoy the beautiful views of the Gulf. We are nestled between the bay and beach and located on the north end of the island, across the street from Lynn Hall Park and seven miles of sugar sand beach. We are only a few minute walk away from the heart of the action, such as Times Square, Fishing, Restaurants, Beach Shops, water sports. For those of you who came to relax, we are tucked away next to a canal where you can stay home and enjoy the quiet back yard oasis, with a large heated swimming pool, hot tub. You can also sit on the dock and look for manatees or dolphins that often visit our canal. If you're a boater, bring or rent a boat and tie it up on our dock. We are just minutes from the Gulf! Large boats may run into problems with low tide. Let us know if you will have a boat. Moss Marina is just around the corner from us as well. You may be able to keep your boat there, if it is large. We will soon have our large deck ready on the top of our house, where you can see for miles in every direction. You have front row seats for the fire works on the 4th of July and New Year's Eve. The entire house sleeps up to 12 people. There are STEPS going up to main levels. This is great for multiple families, each family can have their private area. Due to being located on the North end of the island, you can avoid long a long wait in traffic after getting off the bridge onto Estero Blvd. Another plus is we are located on the the North end of the island. The the busy times of year, it can take a very long time to get down to the south end of island by car. The floor plan of this 5 bedroom home gives your family or families plenty of room. The lower level features 2 bedrooms, each with a King bed, and each with their own bathroom. We have a large kitchen and dining area. The living room has a sleeper sofa a large flat screen TV, plus a pool table. It also features a nice outdoor deck overlooking the pool and the canal. There is seating area on the deck if you prefer to eat outside. There is also laundry room on the main level for your use. There is some some laundry soap included as well. The upper level has three bedrooms; a King sized Master Bedroom with a master bathroom. A second bedroom with a queen bed and a twin sized bed. The third bedroom has 1 queen bed. There are two sets of French doors leading out to a large deck overlooking the pool and the canal and Bay. There are steps leading into the upper level for a private entrance to the upstairs. There are also flat screen TV's in each bedroom. There is a kitchenette with a small washer and dryer upstairs as well. The bathroom in the upper area is huge, it has a steam shower is large enough to have a party in it! The house is equipped with Wi Fi. The bathrooms have bath towels, pool towels and beach towels. There is another full bathroom is located at the bottom of the steps leading out to the pool. Outside you will find: An outdoor griddle, outdoor dining areas. Most guests love spending most of their time either by the pool, or or fishing off of our dock. There are bikes available for rent just a few blocks away. You are minutes away from Times Square, where you can sign up for fishing trips, rent boats, go para sailing, or take a dolphin watching tour. You can even take a day trip to Key West. The Key West Express loads up just across the bridge from us. We are hoping that your family will enjoy our beach paradise as much as we do. Have a wonderful stay! Note: We have set it up to rent this out from Saturday to Saturday each week. This helps our cleaning crew schedule their time to clean as well as keeping the calendar organized during the busy season. Although, in the off season, you can contact me directly, if you need different days. A short term rental agreement is required to be signed. There will also be a $1,250.00 Security Deposit hold. This property has been redone since the hurricane & turned out very nice! It is at a great location, not far from the beach or town square. You can also walk to many restaurants.
The house was spacious and accommodating for the 10 people we had there. Plenty of fridge options, large ice maker, 2 washers & dryers. The Blackstone grill also was nice.
It was cooler when we stayed there, so we used the hot tub more than the pool.
Overall, we would definitely pick this house again to stay at. Angie was more than helpful as we were there & if we needed anything, she had an answer quickly!

Angie was great in correspondence! Her place was amazing. From the back dock we saw Dolphins, Manatees, Sting Ray, Stone and Blue Crabs and had quite a few Iguanas visiting us. Loved the pool and Tiki Bar. We had all my Brothers and Sister and there was plenty of room for everyone! Short distance to the Beach and Shopping! Only draw back is there is A LOT of stairs and being an older group that was a killer! But it was not hard to make the best of it and enjoy our beautiful home away from home!

Need to say my brother has had vacation properties for years so I have high expectations when I rent a place. Chose this property because of having a pool and hot tub as well as the location since we didn't want to rent vehicles for our group of 12. We really enjoyed our stay and the house had what we needed. But there were several issues: 1. One bedroom was to have a king bed and a pullout/futon but instead just had a loveseat. The pullout couch was in the cove of the hallway. The patio door from bedroom was blocked by an outdoor sectional and if the couch was pulled out to accommodate a guest, the path to the bathroom would have been blocked. My travel mate had to sleep on the loveseat so she wasn't by herself in cove or in downstairs living room that had an additional pullout sofa. 2. There were ashtrays everywhere and NONE had been cleaned of ashes and most still had cigarette butts in them. (If this minor cleaning job was not done, it made you wonder how good of a cleaning job was done on the rest of the house. Dirty socks in mouth of totem pole by pool and a doll was under the sofa in living room. :( 3. Realize these properties are used and abused by disrespectful guest ( and it was the end of the summer season) but there many minor repairs and touchups needed around the property. 4. Had issues with the washers and dryers working properly 5. Toilets in two bathrooms ran continuously or didn't flush correctly. (We tried to remedy so the water bill wasn't sky high.) What we liked about the property: 1. Pool & Hot tub 2. Rooftop to enjoy the sunrises 3. Location just a block from beach and a few to the pier, restaurants and shops. 4. Plenty of bedrooms so our group of 12 ladies could enjoy our time together 5.Location on lagoon--we had several iguanas and an egret visit us. Didn't see any manatee or dolphin as might have. 6. The extra shower in bathroom by pool was utilized since there were 12 of us. 7. Huge shower in upstairs bathroom with two HUGE shower heads and the long bathroom counter so many of us could get ready at one time.8. We didn't utilize the Tiki Bar by the pool but it would be great if you were the party crowd. 8. Host was very helpful with any of my questions or concerns.

The property was very clean, had a great location (4 minute walk to the beach), and had great space. The outside was amazing! The pool was clean, the hot tub was clean and functional, and the tiki hut was a great escape from the sun. We truly had a great time! As with most homes, we had a couple of hiccups during our stay and Angie was great to work with, responded quickly and did what she could under the circumstances. Angie was the best host we have had in our 5 homes that we have stayed at!

This is one of the best locations we have stayed at in Ft Myers. It was so nice to be able to let the teens walk down for ice cream in the evening and not have to pile in the car. Overall, you won’t be disappointed.

Best location possible
We stayed a few weeks in June 2022 and had a great time. We had plenty of room for our extended families. The pool is great for sitting and reading as well as for the kids to play. Everyone had a blast with the pool table in the living room, although it made finding a seat a little more difficult. However, several of us just found a seat on one of the balconies and enjoyed the view. The location to the beach and downtown couldn’t be more ideal. This is one of the best locations we have stayed at in Ft Myers. It was so nice to be able to let the teens walk down for ice cream in the evening and not have to pile in the car. Overall, you won’t be disappointed.

The pool / tiki bar was the central hub of this stay, and it was so nice because we did not have to have things planned out. The beach is a 2 min walk. They have EVERYTHING you need for a fun beach trip, ALL of the pool toys, EVERYTHING that you need for small children. We will stay here every time we come back to the beach. Great house!

Best Accommodations on the Beach!
We had 9 people staying in the property, 2 toddlers and 7 adults (two are college kids). Everyone had more than enough space and a bedroom. The pool / tiki bar was the central hub of this stay, and it was so nice because we did not have to have things planned out. The beach is a 2 min walk. They have EVERYTHING you need for a fun beach trip, ALL of the pool toys, EVERYTHING that you need for small children. We will stay here every time we come back to the beach. Great house!

Our family from Michigan had an awesome time! Pool was great for our 3 year old granddaughter who learned to swim like the Manatee we spotted in the canal. Chef Michael cooked us up a surf and turf dinner to perfection and the seafood tower at Nervous Nellies was as good as the boat show we enjoyed on the intercoastal. The accommodations were great and with everything within walking distance of this piece of paradise there was no need for a car. We really loved this house and wish we could book it again but it seems like the secret is out! Tiki bar was fun… we even saw a dolphin in the water way behind the house.

Our stay at the Dahl House was perfect! Angie is a wonderful host, always available for questions and made check in seamless. The house is well appointed with everything we needed for a large family from ages 8 to 72. Kids swam in pool every day/night and we all enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and tiki bar. A great space for relaxing and having fun and plenty of room to spread out. The location couldn’t be better. Right across the street to the beach and we could walk easily to all the shops and restaurants. Quick car ride to larger stores to stock up on essentials for our stay. We hope to be able to book this house again in the future. Great stay! Thank you Angie:)
