A great stay, lots of room. Neoclassical decor. Comfy living room. Teens loved extra basement area. cons: on-street parking only, no soap in bathroom, no dishwasher. Key lock box was tricky but worked fine.

The host was absolutely amazing. Helpful, available, and very kind. The property was lovely. Clean, easy location to find. Parking was street, but we didn't have a problem with it. The decor was all matching inside. Not a ghost of a mess to be found. Vibe was cozy and homey. The beds were comfortable. We all mentioned wanting to buy one for home. It was close to a number of shops, stores, and restaurants. We took a stroll to Ghost Cafe. I would highly recommend this property, and would be more than willing to stay again.

Mike was a great host, easy chk in/out. Good location not far from most local areas, everything was 2 to 8 min away by car. Clean comfortable stay. There were quite a few homeless with a bus stop near by, but did'nt have any real issues.

Empty water bottles laying around the living room. Fridge was supposed to be stocked with water...only 1 bottle. We did not stay at all.

Property was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Check in was easy and Mike was a good communicative host. was located close to the Oregon district which we loved. Definitely would stay here again. Price was fair and the house had everything we needed.

Loved how close we were to AF museum and Oregon St. The only downside was there was a sewing needle in the bed which unfortunately I found the hard way. The front porch is wonderful, though it was quite dirty and furntiture needed to be wiped off before using. Overall, it was a delightful stay.

We were looking for a place to stay for Easter weekend and Mike's place fit the bill. It had everything we needed - location, a safe area, plenty of on-street parking, a comfortable interior for the family, and a very responsive host. We're looking forward to our next stay!

Was ok, house was filthy, out of basic cleaning supplies. Excessive speeding cars up and down the street. No porch light, very few spoon, forks etc.. There were no or used shampoo, conditioner, soap. Mike responded to our questions in a timely manner. Mike was a good host.

The small bungalow was just what we needed for our weekend stay. Although the furniture and decorations were a bit odd the house was updated, clean and very well maintained.

We stayed four nights in Dayton for our son’s soccer tournament happening in Mason. The house worked very well well for us. Had everything we needed, comfortable beds, nice living room to relax and watch tv, well equipped kitchen with coffee pods for morning coffees, sweetener packets, etc, washer and drier with laundry detergent available for our use. There was always street parking right in front of the house. There’s grocery store and Walgreens really close by too. The host was kind and responsive.

Everything was exactly what we wanted. The worked well for us for what we were looking for. The neighborhood was an older neighborhood but we felt very safe and had numerous businesses to explore. Landlord was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. Would stay here again!
