My daughter and I had a great stay here. The bed in the main bedroom is large and luxurious with really nice sheets. I will say that sleeping more than 4 adults here would be really snug. We loved using the city's Lime scooters to tool around - a fun way to explore and we always had luck with finding them just steps from the house. The Trolley Cottage Cafe and Tucci's are just around the corner and well worth a visit. Thanks to Heather for her attentiveness!

Spacious and easy to find. In the heart of the city and close to most thinlgs.

This place was nice and cozy. The only issue I had was with parking, bit was nothing big.

Booked short notice while a huge conference was in town & was so grateful to find this space still available! It was clean, had anything I needed (coffee, kitchen utensils, a comfy bed, & extra wash linen), and was conveniently located close to downtown. I took ride share all week and they had no issues with pick up/drop off.

No nonsense place walking distance to food, shops etc. comfortable bed and liked the high shower head. I’m 6’4”. spent the weekend skiing w my son. Only downside was complete inability of host Heather to respond to my texts. It was evident she had read them but simply ignored me. Was hoping for a late checkout Sunday but all attempts to communicate w her met a brick wall.

This house works best for one to four persons. We enjoyed the location as it was a relatively short drive to the ski areas but also close to be able to meet up with friends who live in the SLC area. It was perfect for a short ski trip with my wife and young adult daughter.

We were in town for a volleyball tournament, and this duplex is a cute & cozy. There was enough room for five people to spread out a little. The kitchen is small, but adequate, and linens and towels were clean. Communication with the property manager was excellent. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and close walking distance to a grocery store and the trolley Square stop on the red line. This property easily sleeps 4 people. We had five but the sofa bed downstairs that folds out is a pretty uncomfortable; it is hard in the middle, and the bottom sheet does not stay on.

Very easy thru VRBO. Very close to downtown. Climbing gyms also were all nearby. 11 minute drive to airport. Quiet neighborhood. Owner answers quickly to calls.

This was a nice spot for me & my friends to stay in for our short trip . Definitely recommend

We really enjoyed our stay and will be using this location any time were in salt lake city. Host we spoke with was kind and courteous the entire time. We even forgot some things and they didn't keep them, instead, they notified us and we are working on getting them back. Nobody acts like this anymore, customer service is rare, so it's refreshing to see it's not extinct.

The house was clean, and it had all we needed for our stay. We will rent it again if we go back to SLC. It is conveniently located near downtown SLC and close to good restaurants.

We really enjoyed out stay. It was just my husband and I, but there was plenty of room for more. The check in process was easy and the place was very clean. Heather is very responsive anytime I needed to contact her.

It was a good location for driving to the convention center, and it was a cute little place to stay. Thank you!

Very responsive & kind host …we were at convention all day & tired at night …Heather has the most comfy beds and linens . The house is in a cute quiet neighborhood..we slept like babies. The kitchen space is a bit tiny for 4 adults trying to prepare lunches & dinners …but we worked it out cheerily!! A great place to stay .. only 8 min drive to Salt Palace CC.

It was so easy to check in! The property manager was so accessible and helpful! Property is in great condition and is located in a great location. I would highly suggest a stay here!

The place was as advertised. It was clean. The location was absolutely great.

Stayed here for 4 days while attending a wedding. Location was close to everything in downtown SLC. House was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Heather is awesome. She even gave me her cell number in case I had any issues. Thank you Heather!

Due to the narrow steps to the basement bedroom and living spaces, I would caution those who might be thinking of staying here. Each of the two beds in the basement are only accessible by a narrow ladder about two foot high. A railing went around the remainder of each bed. This may be good for children, but definitely not very accessible for adults. I also found dead cockroaches in the basement. A dehumidifier in the basement would make it more comfortable to sleep also. In short, if you have children who can handle narrow stairs and/or you plan to sleep in the king bed on the main level, this location may work for you (and there are three steps up to this level). The patio mentioned and shown on the listing was all overground with weeds and we only noticed it by looking out a window because there were no signs to indicate it was there and available for us to use.

My kids loved having their own space downstairs and the Pac-Man game was definitely a favorite. Great local neighborhood park at the end of the street.

Good place to stay if you want to be close to the city center at a reasonable price. Target and Walmart are both about 2 miles away.

Loved it! A lot of nice touches to make it feel like home! Clean and convenient!

Bugs and plumbing issues. Bugs in bathtub. Bathtub drain didn't work. The basement shower wasn't working the first day. House wasn't properly cleaned before our stay. The property manager offered us a pizza to try to make it right and didn't follow through. The house was decorated nice and in a nice neighborhood. Maybe it will be better if she fixes some of the issues.
