We enjoyed our stay at Kelly’s place! It’s located in a quiet neighborhood but close to the highway for convenience. The townhouse was very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for my husband and I and our 14 yr old to stay for a baseball tournament. Because the townhouse is right next to the highway, there was constant car noise but it didn’t bother us since we sleep with sound machines. I loved that it has full length mirrors in the bedrooms (something that is missing in most of the homes we’ve stayed in) and I think the only thing we needed that wasn’t there was a tea kettle. We will definitely consider staying here again if we’re in town for another tournament!

This property was very clean and well stocked with linens and dishes etc. The host was very nice, respectful and responded very quickly. It is a very good location and quiet neighborhood. Everything worked great.We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Arkansas.

Wonder stay while we were in Fayetteville. The host was superb and even left a message for my family and I. If your looking for a place while in town that provides pull in garage access and convenient location it’s a great spot.
