It is in the Laurel Inn Condos! There is a back set set of steps down near the pool that leads you straight into downtown Gatlinburg, TN! You can also go out front the condos and take a sidewalk all the way into downtown! It's about .3 miles to the middle of downtown Gatlinburg, TN! The location is tremendous! Getting Around: All paved roads to the condo. We recommend 4x4 wheel drive at any condo in Gatlinburg and/or the mountains as well as this one. It's easy to reach the condo and in downtown Gatlinburg, TN! You can walk into downtown Gatlinburg, TN which saves you a good bit of money on parking! Other Things to Note: Must be 21 or older to book this condo. This condo sleeps 4 guests maximum. We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The condo features paved roads all the way to it and without any inclement weather any car should be fine but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area. This condo is located in downtown Gatlinburg, TN and within walking distance to the Parkway. Gas fireplaces are seasonal and operate around October-March give or take depending on the weather. Coffee maker is a regular coffee maker. (bring coffee) The condo is located on the 4th floor. There is an elevator to get up to it. Laundry facilities are pay facilities located on the 1st floor of the condo complex. Interaction with Guests: The best and fastest way to reach me is through the website messenger.

Loved the decor. Shower water pressure left a little to be desired. Pillows on the bed contained no firmness. Would stay here again without hesitation. Still give it 5 stars and well worth the cost. I was even given an extra night up front though I asked late in the game. And that one night charge was cheaper than getting a hotel for one night. My wife and I enjoyed our stay.

We had an amazing time there. Everything is like the pictures. We stayed for 4 days, my husband, my teenage daughter and I. It was enough space for us. We had a great time together. Watching a movie in front of a warming fireplace. We didn’t use the car for walking around downtown. We used the car just when we went to cities around. The owner was very friendly and we had fast answering. We totally recommend that. We will back.

I visited with my family of four for a bit of hiking in GSMNP and New Year’s Eve. This condo’s location is perfect. Once you come in from a day of hiking, you can park your car, get cleaned up and walk to town to enjoy the evening. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. It was a little tight for 4 people and our bulky winter clothes but we made it work. We even prepared 3 meals in the kitchen. The view from the balcony is pretty, especially at night. The Gatlinburg NYE celebration was just a block away, so we were able to hear the music from the balcony and walk down to see the ball drop and the fireworks just before midnight. Bonus! Quick access to the Motor Nature Trail to hike Grotto Falls and Rainbow Falls!

My boyfriend and I rented this condo for a quick 3 day getaway. Property was clean and exactly as pictured. Location was great, we were able to walk everywhere in downtown Gatlinburg and only moved our car once when we decided to visit the National Park. This place is perfect if you’re just looking for somewhere to crash in the evenings after exploring all day. Only negative was the property directly across the street from this building is under construction so every morning from about 6:30am onwards, all we could hear was equipment and trucks going in and out of the lot and power tools being used. Nothing the property manager can really do about it, just something to be aware of if you plan on staying here in the next few months. Other than that, a great stay and I would recommend it!

While the unit is a bit small, the location is fabulous. Great view of the Smokys and downtown Gatlinburg. Short 4 or 5 block walk to downtown, plenty of free parking and nicely decorated unit. Only caution is the walk back from downtown is mostly uphill. We had no trouble and we're mid 70 year old retirees.

The condo was decorated nicely, and was the perfect size for the two of us. The bed was comfortable which is always a plus. This condo is located in a great spot; close enough to walk to the parkway if you want to, but there is not a trolley stop at the street to the condo so be ready to walk back up hill going back to the condo. You can go the opposite direction when leaving the condo and bypass a little of the traffic from the parkway which was nice too! (depending on where you're wanting to go) Our GPS took us to the property next door, but we had no trouble getting someone to talk to us on the phone when needed which is a huge plus in my book! We would definitely stay here again!

Apartment is very cute and updated. Fantastic location, easy walk to main drag of Gatlinburg, plenty of parking. If we are back in Gatlinburg, we would definitely book again.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a short getaway before the Christmas holidays. It was exactly what we were looking for a very nice apartment, where the check-in was easy, and it was an easy nice walk to downtown, so we didn't need our car at all over the few days.

The condo was as beautiful as the pictures showed, it appeared to be decorated by a professional. It was very quiet and peaceful except for the momma bear and her 3 babies that surrounded our car in the parking lot, but that was just part of mother nature as they look for food before hybernation. No fault of the property, just check your surroundings this time of year. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful space the couch was perfect for hubby and I to wind down an watch a movie while our 18month old took a nap . The balcony view was beautiful night or day . An the bed slept amazing would definitely recommend this place to any couple for a romantic getaway or a couple with one small child.
