No Intrusive Cameras or audio recording devices, this only monitors noise levels based on decibels. A sound's loudness is measured in decibels (dB). Normal conversation is about 60 dB, a lawn mower is about 90 dB, and a loud rock concert is about 120 dB. This device is set to notify you by text if noise goes over 75 decibels for 10 minutes or more. If you get a text message from the device please make sure you keep the noise levels down as requested. Guest Access: Our guest will receive a parking fob upon arrival of the apartment. You can park in the east or west parking garage. Parking is not assigned, so you are welcome to park in any space.
