Sleeping Arrangements: all 5 bedrooms have their own bathroom: -Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed -Bedroom 2: 1 King Bed -Bedroom 3: 1 King Bed -Bedroom 4: 2 Twin Beds and 1 crib -Bedroom 5: 3 Twin Beds *There are two additional bedrooms in the basement with the following sleeping arrangements: 1 King bed and 1 Twin bed are available. 8 adults came to Annapolis for a football weekend. This home fit our needs perfectly. Home is very well stocked and very clean. The setting is gorgeous looking out on the water was very serene. Highly recommend.

We are a group of five friends for the last 25 years. The house was the perfect size with beds and baths for each person and lovely sitting and dining areas to hold everyone. The cleanliness was impeccable and the amenities like kitchen appliances and furniture were all comfortable. I highly recommend this house and found Sean to be a supportive and helpful host.

Immaculate, roomy, comfortable, high end furnishings, gorgeous view, close to Annapolis and shopping. We very much enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Parking was tricky for more than two vehicles, but we managed.

The backyard was very relaxing with the screened-in porch leading down to the dock. Home was clean and well appointed. Would recommend it to those looking for a great home with access to water.

What a perfect, beautiful home to vacation with your extended family! So much space for everyone. Very clean and lovely decor. Was really nice that each family had their own bathroom. We enjoyed our night talking on the back deck and our night around the campfire, both complete with water views. Kitchen is stocked with great cookware and knives. Sean was easy to communicate with and we could tell he really wanted us to have the best experience in his home. One thing to note before you do rent, the yard and walk down to the dock is steep. We did not have an issue, but it could be quite difficult for some.

We will absolutely be back again. Being on the water for the kids was a huge perk as well as accessibility to the airport and local attractions.

Sean's house is by far the best place we have ever stayed! The house is located in a great location, and there are plenty of places to shop, eat, and sights to see. The house was very modern and clean, and we cannot forget to mention the breathtaking water views from the house. Sean was a terrific host as well. He was very friendly, responsive, accommodating, and helpful. We felt at home the entire stay and would love to come back! We highly recommend staying at Sean's house!
