Licence: STR-000104 This sparkling jewel has everything you need for a wonderful vacation….hot tub, close the beach, and central air conditioning. It all starts with the open air front porch where you can relax and take in the village atmosphere. Stepping inside, you'll be greeted with a serene, tranquil living area with plenty of seating, a big screen TV and an electric fireplace. It's a great place to spend time with the ones you love. The spectacular kitchen will leave you breathless. Who wouldn't want to cook in here?! It is absolutely gorgeous. No fighting over who gets the best bedroom as all three bedrooms have queen size beds and are nicely decorated. Two full size bathrooms round out this awesome cottage. It's such a lovely place that you won't want to leave! Hurry or you'll miss the chance to book this one and Bay Beach is only 600 metres away. Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom 1: Queen Bedroom 2: Queen Bedroom 3: Queen Hot tub is open from approximately mid-May to mid-October. A license is required to operate a short-term rental in Fort Erie, and the license outlines the maximum number of guests allowed in the property. The limit includes all persons regardless of age. We cannot approve more people than what the property is licensed for. Only the people registered to stay are allowed at, on, or in the property.

To put this in context, I stayed at this cottage last year and it was wonderful! Not this time. 1. We Arranged early check in for our 3 night stay. They forgot so we all sat in the car (because it was cold and raining) till they updated the code so we could get in. 2. There were 6 of us ladies. There were 2 toilets. Upon arrival 1 toilet was functional and the other required service. 3. Evidently there was an issue with the waste water system as the property intermittently smelled of sewage. 4. The hot tub wasn’t functioning despite following all instructions and notifying management. 5. Finally, a male management member attended on site after our initial service request. While there he noted that we had a few friends visiting. Instead of inquiring about the headcount (which totaled 7) he loudly and intimidatingly accused all of us of exceeding the booking for 6. We were shocked and startled by his behaviour, however we explained to him that they weren’t staying overnight. He eventually changed his tone, but never apologized. I don’t know if ownership has changed since last year, but I cannot recommend this property as quality control has changed. My friends and I will not be returning.

This was an amazing place to stay there was everything you could want. Very clean, beautifully decorated, plenty of space ant the hot tub was fabulous. The only thing Was 5 pm check in and 10 am check out. But we had an amazing stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay, the only thing i wanted to provide some feedback on was the housekeeping. While all the beds, couch, bathrooms and kitchen were cleaned for use, there were several cobwebs throughout the house and it appeared many of these webs had been accumulating over time. Webs are harmless but it made me question how thoroughly cleaned the property was. More concerning was that coin-sized black spiders were making their way into the property. We ended up purchasing some raid to keep them out of the bedrooms but despite our best efforts to keep doors and windows shut, they kept finding a way in. Owners may want to check for a breach in the walls and hose down the exterior walls to minimize this issue. Unfortunately we didnt have the time to enjoy the hottub but the beach passes, bbq and firepit were all great amenities that we appreciated during our stay.

This was one of the cleanest places we have stayed at so far! The location was great. A short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend staying here.

Nice, clean beautifully decorated cottage...check in was 5 pm which seemed quite late considering its dinner hour...but the location is a 10 minute walk to the beach and shops which was great..enjoyed our stay😊

Very nice interior 3 queen beds were comfortable About 10 minute walk to the beach which was amazing Good kitchen and laundry Very nice showers Fire pit was good Quiet neighbours Hot tub wasn’t working on our third night 5pm checkin and 10am checkout were disappointing but may have something to do with COVID rules
