Summary:
Enjoy a relaxing lakefront getaway in this home, right on Lake Ontario and steps away from Long Pond. Step down the stairs off the patio to swim in the sandy bottomed Lake Ontario. Enjoy amazing fishing year round. Originally built as a church 100 years ago, this home has been updated with modern conveniences and offers incredible views of the lake and unique architecture. No local guests. Property is available to out of town guests and international traveler’s. Town of Greece Permit # r23-202
The Space:
Two bedrooms look out directly to the lake, with an additional loft space equipped with a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The only room that doesn't look out onto the lake makes up for it with a king-sized bed. The home includes a tv with streaming services, a washer/dryer, a large updated kitchen that's ideal to cook in, parking for 3-4 cars - including an electric vehicle charger. In the upper back section of the house there are 8 twin beds counted as sleeping spots. So please be aware that a 16 guest total has 8 twin beds that can also sleep adults accounted for in the total of 16

You will be given a unique code the day before your arrival for self check in for your convenience.

7 parking spots, 4 in main driveway, 3 in driveway across street.

The home is located in a quiet community, so we ask that you respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours beginning at 9pm. Absolutely no events or parties of any kind. Entry to the home is through a keypad code unique for each guest stay. Only total guests in the reservation are permitted onsite unless owner has approved visitors.

This home was large and comfortable!We were the family of the groom for a wedding weekend. The groomsmen all met here for breakfast and had space and accommodations to get ready for the wedding.The host was very responsive to my questions.Waking up very early to the sunrise over the lake was a special treat! Truly a beautiful home in a quiet and serene neighborhood.

This house was absolutely lovely. We were a family group coming from different directions for a funeral and this place was the perfect refuge for relaxing and sharing memories of Mom/Grandma in and amongst the business of funerals and settling her affairs. The host was excellent at communication, responding quickly to questions and helping us add an extra day when we just weren't ready to leave the lovely lake just yet.

What we liked: the property manager was very responsive and tried their best. The kitchen was perfect, the view amazing (through windows were covered in bugs) and the electric charger helpful.Re: VRBO post. The house is big. The pics are deceiving. The “beach” access is on the neighbors property, the steps to the water were not out and the outside sanitation had not been done so you could not use the patio overlooking the water, too many spiders. The m bed would collapse when you sat on it and the first floor couch was torn. The worst part for my dad and young adult daughter/niece is that the single beds were for kids.If the owners will invest in the property it would be amazing, but at 850/night, it was not worth it.
