Nestled in South Padre Island, this attractive house for $532 per night is a great option for your next trip. Entire Private House Private HEATED POOL and SPA. Game room with ping pong / pool table and kitchenette. 4 Bedroom / 3.5 Bathrooms. 8 beds,1 sofa/bed. Enjoy this beautiful house with large living room and separate game room, bar, ping pong and pool table, relax in your private pool or walk to the beach in just 2 minutes. We have been awarded the Premier Host Etiquette from VRBO due to an excellent hosting job and will be happy to host you and attend any questions. Spacious private backyard featuring a private heated pool*, chairs and a patio table. We also have a gas grill if you are into cooking. Kitchen is very spacious fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils. It has everything you need for your family meals. Keurig coffee maker and standard coffee maker included. Kitchen, Dining Room and Living Room area are on an open space on the 2nd Floor. Dining Room Table for 8. PLUS, a kitchen bar that seats 4 people. One car garage and 2 driveways will allow to park up to 3 vehicles at this property. Ideal for a large family reunion or to enjoy with a close group of friends. House supplies: Shampoo, conditioner and body wash on each bathroom, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, sponge, cleaning products available, laundry soap, bleach, dryer sheets and a small supply of coffee for your first day. Beach towels, beach chairs and utility cart to load things and take them to the beach available. =) House occupancy is for 12 guests (includes children and infants), but we can allow a 14 guest occupancy. Pet Restriction: Not Pets allowed. (If you own a service dog please contact property manager). (Cats and other animals are NOT permitted. 1st Floor distribution: - 1 Bedroom with 2 twin size beds with access door to the pool. (additional room for airbed mattress). - 1 Bedroom with 2 queen size beds and additional room for an airbed mattress. - 1 Full bathroom between 2 bedrooms. - Game room with pool/ ping pong table, mini bar and 3 TVs. - 1/2 Bathroom by game room. 2nd Floor Distribution: - Living room - Dining room for 8 - Spacious Kitchen - Laundry Room - 1 Bedroom with bunk beds. (sleep 4 on it). 2 twin mattresses and 1 full mattress. - 1 Full Bathroom - 1 Master bedroom - 1 Full bathroom for Master Bedroom. Outdoor: - Private HEATED pool and SPA - Dining table for 6 to eat outside. - Grill, propane tank provided but may not be filled with gas, you may fill out the gas at a very close convenient store. -There are exterior cameras in the property, and they will only be used under a threat of damaging the property, like a neighbor reporting disturbance in the property due to large size parties or if the police requests access to the cameras. There are no indoor cameras. Exterior cameras locations are disclosed in welcome guide. Come and enjoy your vacations at Costa Azul Beach House! This property is registered with the City of South Padre Island Permit No. 2019-947969. STR Permit No. 2023-0712. *Heated pool disclosure: Pool Heat will only be used between October to April reservations. Pool and Hot Tub heat separately. If Hot Tub is on, Pool will not be heating up. We do not recommend turning on the Hot Tub for more than 1 hour if not being used. Pool heating takes 24-36 hours to become effective after being turned on. Under temperatures below 60 degrees Fahrenheit no residential pool heater will be able to work and properly heat a pool under these weather conditions. The Pool water heater will heat 10-20 degrees above the ambient air temperature. If weather is below 60 degrees Fahrenheit temperature in the Pool will not go above 80 degrees. If weather is below 60 degrees Hot Tub will take at least 2 hours to heat up. Pool heaters will not be turned on and will not work when temp is 55 or below due to safety cut off & fire risk to heater. Pools typically cool overnight.

This was our second time renting this house. It is a great family gathering place! The pool area, game room and main floor family space is very conducive to family fun. It is 1/2 block off the beach, the house is well outfitted and the owner is easy to work with.

My first impression when walking into this rental is it is beautifully decorated and the pictures do not do it justice. The host was incredibly quick to reply to any messages or requests that we had, and had tons of accommodations that we were not expecting. Our group consisted of five adults, two children and an infant. The house is more than large enough to accommodate us, and even provided an area where my daughter started pulling to stand for the first time. The house is a quick walk to the beach and located near dozens of shops and restaurants. Very relaxing and beautiful.

The house had everything we could ask for and was very clean. No bugs at all.
The location is very close to the beach..not even a 5 minute walk. We were also able to see SPI 4th of July Fireworks from the deck...a huge bonus.
The kitchen was stocked well with everything you would need for full cooked meals. All the appliances were great and seemed to be newer. An extra cookie sheet would have be helpful.
The pool was amazing. We LOVED it. The hot tub was very hot and fed into the pool so it wasn't cold. There are plenty of pool and beach toys in the garage. I would have liked the ability to turn off the VERY bright security light on the pool at night. It kinda killed the vibe...but I understand it's for security purposes. It was clean also...the pool guy game while we were there.
The game-room was an added bonus...LOVED the pool table/ping pong table for some good family competition.
For the beach...there are plently of beach chairs, a large cooler and awesome wagon. That saved us on soooo much extras we didn't have to put on top of my SUV.
I honestly can't think of any complaints other than the showers are really small...and not really a big deal.
Overall we would DEFINETLY go back when visiting SPI. It was just a great week.
Adriana was awesome to communicate with before, during and after the rental.

This property was great, engaging for the entire family; it met all expectations with great location and awesome amenities. We were a family of six adults and two children under the age of 7. There was bountiful space for everyone to relax together or have their own space. There was easily room for more people The host was very responsive to a few questions we had. We would definitely consider this property in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay. The home was well stocked and organized. We loved the quick access to the beach and the fact that the home had beach toys, wagon, coolers etc. all things that are difficult to bring while traveling. Host was attentive and helpful. Our older kiddos loved the pool/ping pong table. Great stay, and we will be back next time we’re in the island.

My family had a wonderful stay and could not have asked for more. The location was perfect for us - head east and it's a quick walk to the beach or to Wanna Wanna Beach Bar - head west and it's a quick walk to Cafe Karma for coffee and ice cream, Burrito Express, and Hooked on Seafood for the fresh catch of the day. The house has everything you need including beach towels, toys, chairs, coolers, and a huge wagon which was super helpful! The heated pool was wonderful and we spent most of our time there swimming with our daughter. This house is so big and there were only 4 of us so we would bring more people to enjoy it with us next time! The owner was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. This was our first visit to South Padre Island so next time instead of renting a car we would arrange for airport transportation and then rent a golf cart for the week. We will be back!

Everything about this property was a perfect fit for our family! The host was amazing and got us a few things we needed for an infant. She responded promptly and was a great host! My grandkids especially enjoyed the pool and location to the beach!

This house was great for us! The weather was cold but we didn’t care we hung out in the house and enjoyed the game room and warm pool. The house had everything you could want. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit SPI.

We could not have been happier with the house. Ideal location walking distance to the beach, wonderful heated pool and hot tub, comfortable beds, great living room open to the kitchen, and a fun game room. On top that, the host was extremely helpful and responsive to questions. We could not have asked for more

We were very happy with our stay. Property was clean and very close to the beach, only a couple of houses and a vacant lot off Gulf Blvd with beach access point diagonal from that. Large wagon as well as plenty of beach toys and beach chairs provided which is very nice in that you do not have to bring your own if you do not want to. Nice clean and well-maintained pool. House is laid out well for a large family or two families. It is two stories so there could be some access issues for people with less mobility if they needed to go upstairs. Fun game room downstairs with a small bar/kitchen area. We had only minor issues that the property manager immediately responded to and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I don’t believe I have ever had that quick a response and follow up. Will definitely rent this property again and can highly recommend it to others.

This is an amazing place to stay! The house is beautiful and so well equipped! The bedrooms are all spacious and organized. The house is so well taken care of and it was perfectly set for our stay, which was very appreciated. I rented for a work retreat and it was PERFECT. I loved the extra spaces to commune like the game room and the pool. We found ourselves at the pool in the afternoons and in the game room during the evenings! Having the beach right around the corner was awesome, that particular access is a perfect spot to camp out on! Also, big plus was that Adriana was such a wonderful host to work with.
If you're wondering if this is the property for your stay - IT IS! Would definitely stay again.

Very easy access to sand and sea. Rooms were clean and nice, endless amount of towels. Kitchen was very well stocked! The layout was beautiful. The kids had a great time in the game room. Sound system was very nice as well. Pool looked great at night too! Can't wait to return next summer. :)

We enjoyed our time at Costa Azul Beach house. The property was just as described. Easy walk to the beach. A/C worked incredibly well in over 100 degree weather. Loved being able to jump into the pool for a relaxing swim at the end of the day. We would definitely book again.

Loved this property - very clean, convenient location. We thought this property was great. Very nice and plentiful amenities. The property manager was easy to contact and very responsive. Have recommended this property to all my friends.
Just one suggestion would be to install ceiling fans for the back patio.

Everything we hoped for!
Easy check in. Responsive host. The house was very well stocked. The outdoor pool area was so, so welcoming and comfortable. Great location. Easy walk to stores, Wanna Wanna bar (which we loved), coffee shop and beach access (literally a block!). Game room was a big hit. Our group included myself, my sister and my kids aged 17, 20, 26 and the house was perfect for us. Lots of space to spread out and 4 bathrooms! Having the extra fridge downstairs was a plus. Comfy beds, especially the master bedroom. We rented a golf cart for two days and that allowed us to get to some of the other spots we wanted to visit. If you're looking for a nice house with a great pool close to the beach this is the place. I can't recommend it enough, and honestly have not a single complaint.

This house was perfect for our family of nine. The property owner went the extra mile in furnishing the house with just about everything you can think of and was very responsive to any questions we had. The game room and pool were great added amenities! Access to the beach was awesome with only a one or two minute walk required. We’d definitely love to rent this house again in the future!
